The cashier gave a disturbing look as I came in, checked the menu, and added my rewards: Overheard cashier talking about my order and even worse about me (as I am the customer). She couldn’t bring me my order so she had someone else bring my order which I felt unprofessional of her. I would’ve liked to confront her about what she had to say about me. Hopefully they don’t treat other customers this way as they’re suppose to be professional. I hope the boss does take action and discuss professionalism. Don’t get me wrong, the drink was amazing. The service was terrible. I don’t feel comfortable to coming back and ordering a drink. Sorry.

Disappointed. Haven't been back since the last time being disappointed, Was in the area, and decided to stop by... ended up waiting 20 minutes for 3 drinks and 2 waffles. Only three others ordered after me. Drinks were bland, no taste and waffles were disappointing (dry, soggy, and ugly looking...).

Normally the drinks are delicious and one of my favorite places. But today the pandan jelly was way undercooked and tasteless. Was in several of our drinks and had to end up tossing most of it. Won’t be back for awhile.
I had high hopes for this boba shop, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. Upon entering, the staff didn't seem particularly welcoming—especially the young lady at the front, who barely acknowledged customers as they arrived.
One thing that immediately stood out was that the beverages are made behind a curtain, which struck me as unusual. It made me wonder if it's to hide how much (or how little) liquid goes into the cup. It reminded me of another shop where they heavily packed drinks with ice to give the illusion of a full cup.
To be fair, the flavors and textures were excellent—there’s no denying the quality of the ingredients. However, paying \$14 for what ended up being about 3 ounces of actual liquid is incredibly disappointing. I strongly recommend ordering with *no ice* if you want to get your money’s worth.
I documented the experience on TikTok (see photos), and unfortunately, I can’t recommend this spot to anyone looking for a satisfying or value-driven drink experience. There are better options out there for both flavor and fairness.
