We had Bartlett Catering provide a 5 course meal for our intimate wedding. We were thrilled with the courses, flavors, attention to details, and care from Morgan and Zach to ensure our meal was flawless. Zach communicated well and modified courses to meet some dietary needs and preferences. They added in some mocktails (that were delicious) and took care of so much day of. In planning for the day it just seemed we were talking to a friend about our wants/needs. Zach made it really easy and stress free to manage.
The food was elevated and exciting for those in our group who enjoy trying new foods and flavors. At the same time, it was relatable in a sense for those in our group who have never had food done in this way to still enjoy. Days later we are still discussing our favorite dishes and coming up with another reason to have a meal from Zach and Morgan.

We chatted leading up to the event regarding menu choices, and he was so good at listening to our preferences and curating not just a meal, but a whole experience. He was very conscious of our budget too, which was much appreciated. He prepared an amazing 3 course meal with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
