I ordered 2 milk shakes and the dasher had to wait over 20 minutes to get my shakes when I got my shakes they where hot and disgusting they was water down very unsafe to drink the most disappointing experience ever I did not know that it was coming from this location other wise I would have cancel my order as I had a previous bad experience with this location where an employee was digging in his nose and then attempted to make my food with out washing his hands wish led to me asking for a full refund right away ..

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR ADVERTISED OFFERS.
We came in with a coupon that clearly stated that it was eligible for "buy one kids, single, double, or triple scoop in a cup or cone ... and get the second one free!" And even after I showed her the exact wording, she said, "It only works for one scoop."
So we did the one scoop and after hearing the choices from the server, we asked for sugar cones. She went to the back room and started coming out with the wrong cones. I said no we want the other one. She said this is all we have. But another server went back with her and found the right cones. Unfortunately, those cones ended up with paper wrappers stuck to them.
Then we had to argue with the server about what exactly BOGO meant. We ended up leaving, very disillusioned about the place.

We rode our bikes to this location. Before getting anything we wanted to use the bathroom and wash our hands. My daughter and I came in and no questions asked we were allowed in. However my husband came in and it was a totally different story. He and I felt that the only reason is because he is black. I am white and my child is mixed. There were no questions for us. But in order for him to use the bathroom he had to order something. I heard him from inside the bathroom saying we were inside and we would be ordering. We will not be returning! I hope they don't treat other people this way.

The most elegant looking place I been Chicago Dunkin this one way better.. comfortable sitting area, very clean and nice selection of Baskin ice cream, beverages...I would love to go back again

I walked in just in time for the owner to FULLY scream at one of his employees and inform the staff they're to CLOCK OUT and THEN clean the building.I don't know anything leading up to this moment but cannot imagine a single scenario where it would have been justified. Not only was it awkward and inappropriate to do (both in front of patrons, AND in general as a human to another human), but quite literally illegal to ask his staff to work off the clock.Don't support this location. Don't give this owner/manager income. If you do go, give a little extra kindness to the staff.

Just came from them first of I don't go to this one often but when I do it's always disappointing only once was I actually satisfied.First they keep hiring people who either don't understand hygiene or understand what the customer is asking for. I asked for Old Fashioned Butter pecan she looked into the freezer and said they didn't have any yet I went in and found it literally front and center. On top of that she was handling cash no gloves on and proceed to touch my cones .I asked for new cones with gloves on and she gave me the same cones she touched with her bare hands like I didn't ask in clear English to give me new cones with gloves on and I pointed to the exact section of clean cones. Jesus this is disgusting Ive been to so many Baskin Robbins here and this one always fail my and many expectations. She was even scratching her face.
