I tried this place out a few days ago. The atmosphere was very chill with a good dj. The owner and bartender were friendly and attentive. This place is a bit pricey on drinks and my food was heavily seasoned it still wasn’t terrible. Definitely a good place for a night out.

Food was horrible. Nice place with nice environment. Wouldn’t go back but I’d recommend it to others if they are looking for a chill spot to go to.

Had reservations for 11am and wasn’t let in until about 10min after. We sat ourselves. Ordered the $22 “loaded” potato bowl. When given, only had cheese and meat on the mashed potatoes. Had to ask for the bacon she mentioned was supposed to be on it. Bacon ended up being store bought dried bacon crumbles. Steak was super fatty as well. The restaurant also had a “B” rating which means there are some issues to be fixed….
I visited Belli's on 9/11 for my birthday. It's a small venue with beautiful artwork. As we entered the restaurant, very loud music was blaring throughout. It was a bit too loud for casual conversation. This was a Wednesday night, which was karaoke night. I was excited about indulging in the food because I heard so much about this place, but was disappointed when the waiter stated that night was SIMPLE MENU NIGHT.?? This also occurs on Thursday night. I checked the website several times, and this was not communicated anywhere! I was disappointed!! The simple menu consisted of chicken, pork chops, or catfish and fries, and a chicken and shrimp Cajun pasta. The pasta was about $32, chicken $20, and the other options were $25. The parmesan chicken was delicious as well as the frozen pineapple dusse cocktail. The pasta was meh, very oily. Everyone's experience is different, so try it for yourself. JUST REMEMBER the simple menu nights. My cousin visited and had a lobster dish and said it was fire. I included a picture. P.S. I guess on simple menu nights, the food is also served in a Styrofoam container. NOT the way I wanted to be served on my special day.

My mother and I went to bellis on a wed (9/4/24) and had the worst experience. We were there at 7pm exactly, sat at the bar and had a frozen lemon drops. They were good. We order food right away. Two orders of chicken wings and Cajun pasta with no shrimp or meat. The bartender explained to us that it would be a slight wait for the food. We were very understanding. We ordered hookah and were chilling catching a vibe to the music… well a hour goes by still no food. 20 more mins go by we finally get the wings. The fries were better than the wings in our opinion maybe because we didn’t have them sauce…. 45 mins more and we were still waiting for the pasta. The bartender told us she was NOT going to charge us for the drinks. We were appreciative that she understood that we were sitting there for that long. She finally brings the pasta and the bill… told us the pasta was also not on the there. We look at the bill the drinks are on there but not the pasta. We just said f it because we were ready to go. We ended up leaving around close to 10 pm. We get home to eat the pasta.. CAJUN PASTA… there was nothing Cajun about it unfortunately. It was buttered noodles and shredded cheese. we hade to put salt and pepper on it. We were beyond pissed. This isn’t my first bad encounter unfortunately at bellis recently. Between waiting for food, uncooked food, and poor preparation, I haven’t had a great experience. The vibe is great I will say. Great music and drinks forsure. Love to see a black Buisness be successful the way they are but consistency is key.

Customer service 0/10. No greetings. Sat ourselves and eventually walked out because again no greetings, no we’ll be right with you or anything. Mediocre if you will.
