Belli’s Bistro & Spirits

Took over an hour to get our food that was OVER $100. Which usually isn't a problem, but waiting over an hour for pasta is insane. If u wanna have a good time I would recommend, but if you wanna eat I would go to another place togerwisr it is going to be a MINUTE.

Sad… sat there for an hour had my drink. Ordered catfish and grits… All to be told after an hour that the reason our food hasn’t come out is because something about the grits. Said could I substitute which wouldn’t be a problem if she came back right away but sitting there for an hour after already checking in with us saying one of the cooks didn’t come in or some.. but never said anything about the grits until about 25 minutes later. I’m not coming back and gone honestly make sure my folks don’t either. Very unprofessional and very dissatisfied. Left with no food! Told her she can cancel my food once she wanted me to substitute something else for grits because they taking longer to cook than usual… huh??? Promise I’m not coming back here! Also to add to this when getting ready to leave I noticed the girl who came in 15/20 minutes after we did had GRITS!!! They got their drinks and food before me and my wife! Terrible service for real!

Service was bad today.. they served ppl that came in 15min after us and told us grits wasn’t available but the lady had her grits on her plate… will not be going back waited over a hour for news and food!

I had a party of 4 today at Belli's and the service sucked. The waitress didn't even check on our table to refill our water. 2 people asked her water refill and she refilled theirs and left the other 2 without water. We had to wait to get her attention again to ask for water and it took over 15 minutes because they had no ice. When we arrived the first thing she told us was they had no eggs, basically don't order any eggs. Now people this is breakfast time. Then the food is over priced. I ordered grits and steak. The grits had no flavor and the steak which I had to pay $10 extra for was the trim of the steak. It was basically the garbage. I had fat and bristle cut out in pieces in grease put on top of my grits. 2 people at the table order grits and cat fish. They had to pay extra $12 for the fish, which was not worth $12, they did not even get a full fillet, it wasn't as big as you getting cat fish nuggets. Do not go here you have been warned. The service was horrible and then had the nerve to add gratuity that they did not deserve to our check. I was so disappointed.

Our first experience here was not good. First, I thought it was a normal eatery but we weren't expecting a lounge/club. The music was so loud we had to speak over the music to communicate with the waitress. We both ordered the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta, it took 45 minutes and that was right before we walked out. The owner, was very kind and professional, he apologized for the inconvenience and gave us our meals on the house. The pasta wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either, the noodles were overcooked, the shrimp still had tails on them but the chicken was good.

I’ve been wanting to come here for a while, heard good things about it and I finally did for my birthday. The service was great and the food and drinks was delicious and worth the price. I ordered the surf & turf, frozen lemon drop, and frozen pineapple dusse.
