Pizza was good but it took an hour and 10 mins for it to be ready it was not busy either and it blew me that I seen them preparing someone else’s order with no gloves no hair net or anything.

A really unprofessional service. Firstly , they took ten minutes to answer the phone, and when they did , they didn’t tell me to please hold , they kept talking to other customers while keeping me on the line pretty much unattended . Secondly , when I cancelled my order , they just hung up on me without a word. It sucks because the food is decent , but whoever they have answering the phone and serving people , makes the business look really bad . Will no longer buy from here .

Order for lunch at the office and bought double Cheeseburger, 2 slices of sausage pizza and doritos nachos.
The burger is a solid burger. Not going to blow you away but nicely done. Patties seem like food service patties but good ones and seemed to have a charbroil flavor which was nice. Too me over cooked and would prefer hand made but in a pinch this is a very good burger.
Pizza is OK. Again, not going to win any accolades but it's good and nice it is sold by the slice vs having to buy a whole pie.
Nachos are a guilty pleasure. Tons of meat and nachos cheese and decent amount of jalapeños lettuce extra.
This is a place id suggest when you just want good solid food for a decent price and don't give 2 Fcks about gourmet or health. And that's OK.
Definitely will be back to try some of variations of pizza like Carne asada and pastor pizza sounds like a indulgence needing to be satisfied.

I made an order here yesterday, February 2, 2025 and when I ordered through Phone. I paid with my card and they asked me for my card number and of course I gave it to them. This order was made at 4:30 in the afternoon then three hours later I get a bank notification that someone is trying to make an online order at footlocker For the amount of $235 I called and I disputed the money and I was fortunate enough that they denied the transaction, but they did tell me the location where the order was made was betos pizza

Well, I see a lot of positive comments. I'm sorry to post such a negative review. Yesterday I wanted to personally go get a pizza at your location and wait for it right there since because it was a special date I thought the home delivery would be delayed. When I wanted to order a combination pizza the guy who took my order said it couldn't be done because they had a lot of work. I was surprised but ok I accept it without saying anything. So only order one flavor. I literally spent 1 hour 15 minutes sitting waiting for the pizza 🍕 . Notice that people who even after me recognized his order. Then I decided to ask how much time was left for my order. And it turns out that the pizza was already on the table. And at no time did they appoint me to pick it up. When I recognized the review at the same time and the pizza was cold cold it was not freshly baked. I honestly didn't want to say anything because I thought I wouldn't gain anything by arguing. 1._But I won't buy a cold pizza there again, it tastes bad. 2. I bought there because the other pizzerias were closed for the holiday. 3._ If they really don't have staff to open the service. 4. The guy who didn't want to take my combined order. He wasn't going to charge me less or was he? I would be paying for a good service.
I put my review because I think the owner can see it and improve since in the future they wonder why sales decrease.
