Came here today after an apartment tour nearby. Shoutout to Camden, Olivia and Daisy. They were awesome and they all had smiles on their faces. I usually get a frozen Caramel Marvel when I go to Biggby, and it was amazing as always. I absolutely LOVE Biggby and you have a forever customer in me. ❤️

Placed a mobile order, went to pick it up and there was a sign on the door saying they can only make decaf lattes. The barista asked when I came in to pick up my order, is decaf ok? I said no, can you cancel my order and refund it. He agreed, however they still charged my card. I reported this to their management on two separate occasions and was told they would look into it only to be ignored. I have been other times and the coffee and food items have been mediocre at best. It’s so close to my office that I really wanted to make this my new coffee spot but it’s not meant to be.

I am now a frequent visitor of this location. The drinks taste amazing, the prices are what I expect from a coffee place, the customer service is excellent, and the daily deals is also what keeps me coming back.

The coffee is all in gigantic sizes with gigantic prices, only to taste pretty bland. The LED TV screens make this a pretty terrible place to get work done, very bright and distracting. I tried to give this place a shot but everywhere else in town is better.
