I visit this location regularly, but today I arrived to find the doors locked with a sign reading, “Temporarily Closed (Management Issues).” This wasn’t entirely surprising, as I’ve been turned away at the register on a couple of previous visits due to visibly stressed staff.
When things are running smoothly, the food is good and the staff can be very pleasant, but the overall experience is inconsistent and seems to vary from day to day. Unfortunately, the service doesn’t quite measure up to the standards set by the previous tenant, but I’m hopeful that management will address these issues and make improvements moving forward.

If you’re in downtown Milwaukee and want a reliable, friendly coffee stop with plenty of drink options and food to accompany, Biggby Red Arrow Park is a solid choice. Staff are energetic, attentive, and friendly.

They serve a wide variety of drinks from coffees, energy drinks, and teas. They have a good selection of classic breakfast options and quick food. The drinks are large and are good, they have a good selection of flavors. The breakfast sandwich which was alright.
Overall, the staff was very friendly and patient as we browsed the whole menu, our drinks and food was ready quick!

I really enjoy the wide variety of drinks they serve here, and I appreciate all the allergen info they have online because I have a dairy allergy. My favorites are their matcha lattes and the Mango Blood Orange Creme Freeze (hold the dairy) :) The baristas are so friendly and personable at this location! They've checked to make sure I like my drink and even offered to remake it if there were any issues.
I was running late to pick up my drink and when I got there it looked a bit watered down and they said they could re make it without us even asking. I was so grateful.

Came here today after an apartment tour nearby. Shoutout to Camden, Olivia and Daisy. They were awesome and they all had smiles on their faces. I usually get a frozen Caramel Marvel when I go to Biggby, and it was amazing as always. I absolutely LOVE Biggby and you have a forever customer in me. ❤️

Placed a mobile order, went to pick it up and there was a sign on the door saying they can only make decaf lattes. The barista asked when I came in to pick up my order, is decaf ok? I said no, can you cancel my order and refund it. He agreed, however they still charged my card. I reported this to their management on two separate occasions and was told they would look into it only to be ignored. I have been other times and the coffee and food items have been mediocre at best. It’s so close to my office that I really wanted to make this my new coffee spot but it’s not meant to be.
