Fun place for some cocktails. Cheers!

Bittercube doesn't serve food in the traditional sense. But their cocktails definitely nourish your senses. This may sound like another internet age exaggeration, but it's true! Bittercube Apothecary cuts through the jaded "been there, done that" with their menu and their friendly, knowledgeable, down-to-earth vibe. Highly recommended!

This bar at North Ave Market knows what they are doing. If you are fortunate enough to get Anthony as a bartender, you will surely leave happy. He is literally an encyclopedia of cocktails….what goes together, what flavors work well, what specific alcohols should be shaken at room temp versus on ice. My husband and I appreciate all of the above and more. His brief lessons based on my questions were like being in a drink making class. Overall, the drinks are phenomenal and the staff, including owners, go above and beyond to make you feel like a friend and not just a patron. Please visit! They are THEE best!

Bittercube has such fun and innovative virtual cocktails classes. Each cocktail has it own unique spin on it. You can pick up all the ingredients at their location before class. Brandon & Ira make it an experience- definitely get the Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters!

I would like to personally thank Brandon he has been a great and professional representative of the Bittercube organization. He made me the most amazing dirty martini I’ve ever seen. I’m privileged that you moved into the north side of Mikwaukee, such cultured industrial atmospheric space. Highly suggest the Heirlooms Crème de Flores. Hours get a little weird but call and they answer if they are open.

One of my friends set up a cocktail making birthday party here for a group of us! I am not a big drinker, so a good friend of mine and I decided to be the mocktail group! There was ample parking since there are residential homes on either side of this building. The bartender was very sweet and began the class by explaining the different materials and utensils you need for each cocktail. She talked about the history of each drink she made, what made that drink unique, and how to make it. Once it was made, she had samples made for everyone to try it. My friend and I got to drink a hibiscus tea, lemon tea, and a cucumber fresher drink. She was very knowledgeable about the drinks and made sure that each person understood what she was talking about. Once her entire demonstration was complete, she allowed two people to come behind the bar and make an old fashion. My friends were kind enough to let myself and the birthday boy take on this opportunity! I had a great time putting what I had just learned to use. The bartender stood right next to me and made sure I was using proper technique. Overall, we had a great time and I would highly recommend this for people with winter birthdays! Great atmosphere, spacious location, and ability to learn someone new! For each person partaking in the cocktail making, it was $25 per person, and for the mocktails, it was $10 per person. Just to clarify, only those participating in the cocktail got to see how their drink was made and what alcohol/bitters were used. Those in the mocktail class did not get to make their drinks but were just handed different ones. Still a good deal for all participants!

Attended a yelp event here and it was a great experience. The drinks were very well made. I am very familiar with the place and the only negative is the parking because either you have to park across the street in the lot shared by the police station or on the side streets which I didn't like. If your driving by on Vliet to go to the freeway you would not know that it was there unless your paying attention. When I went inside it was very neat and I purchased my husband a set of bitters for our cocktails.
