Anthony provided exceptional service from the moment we walked in the door. He took time to explain the new menu and the tequila flights. He was friendly, personable, and genuinely cared about our experience. The curious tequila flight was amazing! Highly recommend this place.

We came here last night for the first time. The food and service were wonderful. Anthony took the time to go thru the fan favorites on the menu. The FGT were so good. They also have a huge list of tequila. We will definitely be back soon.

We just going into town, and we are looking for somewhere to have a nice drink and a relax. We came across blue bat, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The Bowman was very friendly, knowledgeable about all of the drinks, and also suggested some tasty options. The view from the bar was great, although it was raining and cloudy, we still enjoyed ourselves immensely. If you’re going to come here, make sure you put aside some hours to enjoy the atmosphere and the bar.

The chips and salsa was the bee’s knees! My wife and I were hardly talking because we were scarfing down the chips so fast. Then, my hot honey chicken bao came and , my goodness, I got another punch of deliciousness! Everything here was well above our expectations: from the food to the service to the atmosphere. We highly recommend!

Overall, this place is best for drinks. Food was average: MOJO Verde was the best choice. Short rib - not so much: sweet potato puree and pickled cauliflower with sweet, almost dry meat did not speak to the palate. Drinkins were great, yuzu, caipirinha, pink drink with rosemary and bat blue margarita - were good. Ordered Celebrity flight and have to say it felt like they cheated. They serve Avion Anejo by Mark Cuban, but instead, the shot was clear, not caramel color and tasted more like a reposado. So, it felt like they try to fool people who wouldn't pay attention. Atmosphere and service were great, met expectations.

Went out for a birthday brunch with the family. Food was terribly overpriced for the quality. Ordered pancakes for my kids and somehow got charged extra for about 2 ounces of syrup? Had to wait about 15 minutes after getting up twice to go ask for the syrup while the kids were waiting to eat.The waitress looked and sounded annoyed with us the whole time. The place was not busy at all as we beat the lunch rush and there should have been no problem giving us adequate service at the least.

Food is pretty good depending on preference. Beware if you’re going to brunch. Their menu is currently very small for brunch and they don’t warm you that they stop serving brunch at 2. Our waitress (meg) took forever to take our order and when we did we were “after brunch” for the kitchen, to our point it was as 2:02, and she gave no warning initially. One of our party didn’t even eat because he was expecting brunch and it wasn’t available. If you have a hardline at when brunch hours are, the hostess never should have given us a brunch menu or our server should have told us immediately that we were on a time crunch. Used to love this place but I’ve never been more aggravated over a lack of meal in my life.

Pretty disappointed about the change to the menu to have only 3 taco options and no bowls anymore. I don't eat beef or seafood, so I had limited options to choose from. Margaritas and drinks are very good though.
