The food at Bombay Sweets is incredible! Just the amount of spiciness and intense flavors. So many different things to try, and yet we never have a dish that wasn't great. The samosas are ridiculous and worth a trip, alone. The service can be a bit slow, but it's worth the wait.

The owner went above and beyond with my order as I was in my last month of pregnancy at the time and also had two kids with me, he told me he will bring my order to the car when its done so I don't have to wait. I very much appreciated it at the time. I recommend eating here also because the food is great and the sweets are tasty. My personal favorites are the samosas and jalebis.

The food is not at all good. We ordered Indian Chinese and they gave noodles in ketchup with no other flavor, it was horrible! Paneer paratha was tasteless and bland. Even the sweets and snacks are not good. I don’t recommend this at all.

Worst chat ever. Would have given 0 stars if possible. The papdi chat was terrible, instead of the Indian green chutney they added some kind of green sauce, the papdi was so hard it was impossible to bite. No taste - they should be shamed to call themselves an Indian fast food place. We left after a couple bites. Waste of money.

Extremely poor service. The masala dosa had pieces of plastic. When I informed them they just shrugged.

I ordered Hakka noodles, taste of which was not at all close to noodles/chowmein. It was something else with bitter and burnt taste. Maggi at home tastes million times better. Gobi Manchurian was undercooked and cold. Chili paneer was so bad. No spices, no salt, no sauce. Felt like eating dry paneer. I never expected this hopeless food. Came home hungry even after paying $44. Mango lassi and pani puri were okay. Never going back there again.

We were wary of visiting because of the low reviews, but ended up having an excellent experience and highly recommend it. We got the vegetarian thali, chana bhatura, samosa chaat, and masala dosa. Everything came quickly and was delicious. The bhatura was especially good, with the perfect texture and not too greasy. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Best of all, the gentleman who served us was kind and hospitable towards our large family with lots of kids. Next time I'm in Milwaukee I'll be stopping by again.

A cute Indian restaurant on the south side of Milwaukee. We ordered a large amount of takeout with coworkers and when I went to pick it up the employee was very kind and updated me on where they were at with the order. Nothing was missing from our order, which is impressive with an order that size. They only serve vegetarian food, but even as a meat eater I was definitely not disappointed by the vegetarian option. When you walk into their restaurant you will be bombarded with beautiful looking desserts in their huge display case. Everything went smoothly with this experience.

Make sure about the price before you buy anything. Ordered some sweets and charged double of the price. It was a important occasion and very last minute so i had to buy it. Just give them a call before you buy stuff in bulk so you don’t get ripped off.
