Rude bartender.I had just arrived to meet some friends. Went to order my first drink of the night for myself and a few others. I took a seat at the bar and patiently waited for several minutes where the bartender eventually acknowledged me, but skipped me for other patrons who arrived after me, not a problem I was in no rush. When I was asked for my other I got 3 old fashions (brandy sweet) I noticed a friend behind me who wanted to order and asked what she wanted. She told me a sparking water which I relayed to the bartender, then she added a coke which I relayed to bartender. He then yelled at me for doing this? I apologized and said I was just trying to streamline the process (as it was taking a long time for a quiet Thursday night) and he rudely said that that was his job to do.I was very taken aback, have never been treated so rudely by a bartender in my life. Not how I would treat someone I am going to ask for a tip from moments later.I’ve read some reviews about this bartender, seems to be a pretty unpleasant person. Lots of great bars and restaurants in Milwaukee to spend your money other than here!

They don't serve food. However, you can bring in tacos from Taco Moto food truck. Service is great, and at times, I had to wait due to busy times. Drinks are excellent, too.

love this place! just came here while visiting from out of town and was so impressed with the staff, considering it was a Saturday night and packed full.there were only a few bartenders serving the entire place and they handled everything with speed and ease. when I had trouble getting an Uber, they made sure I was safe getting to my hotel. they are all professional and sweet.I absolutely will come back here again when I’m in town- specifically because of the bar staff

Okay drinks at a good price but overcrowded because it's a white girl insta paradise. If you want a lot of mounted heads that no one within a 1k miles shot here is your place. The boilermaker deal is bomb af and reeks of gen Z BOH influence. Otherwise, learn how to smoosh fruit ingredients because these mf's busy af and deserve 3x raises.

I always enjoy going to Boone and Crockett. Great drinks and atmosphere. The bartenders and wait staff are upbeat and love walking to the river and checking out the Hoan bridge with all the lights.

Arrogance comes in all shapes and sizes. My friend and I walked into Boone and Crockett on a late Saturday afternoon in November. We were older than anyone else by a few decades. In Milwaukee usually no one cares. Boone and Crockett was different. We sat at the bar, ready to enjoy a few cocktails. With an interesting location on the river, Boone and Crockett's geography provides immediate identity. The decor is midwestern generic but most would consider it nice. A bearded and burly bartender told us to look at the QR code for the cocktail list without eye contact and then completely ignored us. After ten minutes I was literally waving my arms like a signal officer on an aircraft carrier, and a female bar keep from the other end of the bar disengaged and walked over to take our order. She was nice enough but disappeared, leaving only the burly, surly, and bearded one. He continued to ignore us. The place was filling up with a crowd that looked like Marquette students. They were young and preppy. This ain't Bayview. After twenty minutes attempting to order a second drink, we gave up, but they had my credit card. We threw on our coats, and the burly, bearded one went to the register without looking at us, and tossed the bill and card on top of the bar and walked away. I signed, grabbed the card, and vacated Boone and Crockett, never to return. I left a tip because I'm a wimp. We drove to the Lost Whale on KK in Bayview and had a great time. Boone, Crockett, Burly and Surly are not for me.

My absolute FAVORITE craft cocktail place *hands down* in Milwaukee. The reason you ask? The HAPPY HOUR that lasts from 4-7pm EVERY DAY for a select cocktail menu. My favorites on this happy hour list are the Manhattan, Negroni, sazerac, Trinidad sour and bourbon&coffee. Please come by and try. They have a gorgeous patio that overlooks the Milwaukee river. They have plentiful space for large groups. Not to mention the food trucks that are available if you need a quick bite. Taco moto is my favorite place to get chips and queso. This place is the ULTIMATE food truck for quality food. In conclusion, why haven't you come here sooner!
