what's the rave, this is the worst bread I have ever had and am tossing it, it's dry and stale.

We just discovered Breadsmith Bread at Piggly Wiggly Hartford. We loved it!. Soon we will be going to your Milw bakery to ck out all your products.
Delicious fresh baked bread, with lots of healthy whole grain choices. Helpful staff. I always buy my bread here.

Amazing bread, nice staff
I bought a loaf of sourdough bread at the Breadsmith on Downer Avenue on Saturday, June 10. The bread was sliced and put into a large brown paper bag without any plastic bag encasing it. I was absolutely shocked. Is there any excuse for running out of bags to put the bakery in?
We found a hair baked into the bread. Super disappointing and unsanitary. We could literally see it sticking out the bottom of the bread when it was flipped over so it was obviously not checked. Purchased on 5/22 at 5:30pm- unfortunately didn’t see until after it was too late to return and the store was closed.
Good selection of both food and liquor. Usually has lower price for gas.
Loved coming here ever since I was a kid. Great displays, classic shop look and feel. On Downer. Hard to beat!

I could go to breadsmith every day. My favorite is the almond poppyseed muffins-especially when they're fresh! Their hours are a little inconsistent with the website (said open Sundays online but specifically not open when I showed up) but I am okay with that considering the food is incredible. I will be back many times!
I'm no expert baker but I know how to make ciabatta. Whatever they're selling is not ciabatta. Baguette was good

Best place to get freshly baked bread
Pretty decent bread but pretty expensive. I would get bread here again as a treat for myself but I wouldn't go regularly
