The last few times I have been here the service has been really poor. Unfriendly welcome, bartenders on their phone all the time, got my order wrong a bunch of times because they are not even paying attention to what I am saying. Used to be better but has gone downhill. Not very warm and welcoming at all. Just feels shitty when you are excited to support a place that means something to you and is good for the community when you are not appreciated. Breweries are a tough industry to be in and recurring customers are valuable!!

Laid back, mellow brewery. The Beach Ball tap is the same. Pizza is frozen Costco and a fine munchie to go along :)

Friendly staff - great beer - easy parking - food friendly

21 year old bartender was too invested in her convo with a fellow Gen Z patron to bother checking for us if the beer we liked was available to-go. Cool space and loved all the baseball memorabilia. Beer was pretty average but that’s subjective. Just wished the service was better or we would have stayed longer.

This place is now one of my favorites. So glad we stopped here. Great beer and bartenders. Fun atmosphere too. We go to a lot of breweries and we really enjoyed this one. Wish we lived closer so we could go more.

Been going to Broken Bat since they moved to their new location on 1st and Pittsburgh. I absolutely recommend this place and its entirety and wish I lived closer. Whether it’s wiffle ball, darts, or kicking back and enjoying a Beach Ball (my personal favorite Pineapple Milkshake IPA) no brewery comes close to offering the atmosphere of Broken Bat. But what really makes Broken Bat so special especially to the city of Milwaukee is they care about the people and the surrounding community. They aren’t here to just make another craft beer and take your dollar. If you’ve ever met the owner Tim you’ll understand what I’m saying. So… Whether you’re in the area or at a local store, grab a beer made by Broken Bat Brewing Company. You’re doing yourself a favor and supporting an establishment that deserves it. PS- if you’re a Marquette fan (or not) -> Find the beer “Ring Out Ahoya” and crack it open during Marquettes deep run this year

Broken Bat Brewing was the PERFECT place to host our rehearsal dinner!! There was enough space in the Lumber Room for our entire bridal party to have dinner and run through the ceremony. On top of that - Broken Bat allowed us to use their "getting ready" area for our groom/groomsmen to get dressed in. We only needed a couple hours and they went above and beyond in allowing us to utilize/grab some drinks/and take pics

couldn't recommend Broken Bat more for any special events & the beer is out of this world!!!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Broken Bat. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly — from the original booking inquiry through the last beer poured. We had many guests from the UK and Ireland and had hoped we’d be able to show them just how fun the city of Milwaukee and its people are, and Broken Bat was everything we had hoped for and more! Our guests have not stopped talking about how much fun they had. Highly recommend for events or just a couple of drinks!

We booked the semi private area for our rehearsal dinner last month and had a great time. Beer is delicious and the service was excellent. It was very easy to coordinate with their event planner, responsive and accommodating

One of my favorite breweries. Granted I love baseball, so I'm prejudiced, but the beers are delicious and the atmosphere is awesome.

Great beer and best of all, it is dog and kid friendly!

Large space with lots of seating. Great screen options. Beer is good. I have had bigger selections but they had a good variety that anyone could find a good option for them.
They hoppy brews were good, but nothing huge.
They have a good selection on non beer options and in particular a couple good NA options for the DD's or your companion that abstains.
Lots of street parking all around. Food trucks commonly scheduled.
Definitely worth a visit
