Decided to check this place out with my lady since it was close by. Quiet atmosphere attentive and timely staff. The catfish and grits were exquisite. I was sitting right next to the owner got to speak with him as well I sincerely wish him future success with his endeavor

Pork chop like home. Absolutely delicious and that was my husband's plate. I have catfish and grits. It was so tasty and beautiful. I wish I would have taken a picture. Catfish was flavorful and crispy, fried to perfection. There was also a sauce on the grits with the perfect amount of spice.

The food is delicious every time I visit. This most recent time I had reservations for a party of 10, but seating was not available for my entire party (even though Iade reservations ahead of time). That was the only downside to this place. Other than that, I would recommend them for your dining pleasure.

Was a good experience, visiting we decided to have lunch. If anything I think the Deep Lobster was a bit salty, fried mushrooms were under cooked and banana pudding cheesecake taste was banana laffy taffy. Overall good experience owner friendly and humble, staff were very professional.

This African-American restaurant serves real catfish — not that swai — and it’s absolutely delicious! The food is seasoned to perfection, prices are reasonable, service is fast, and the restaurant is very clean. The customer service is great too! Hands down, some of the best food I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Maybe we went at the wrong time but no ma’am. The vibe and atmosphere was nice but they ran out of cups while serving us and couldn’t give us water until they got more cups. Then the chicken and waffles were not serious. Literally small chicken sticks. Definitely not a tender there was no meat on it. Ended up sending it back cause it’s not what I expected and same with someone else I went with. They then were telling us normally they don’t do refunds even though that was unacceptable. & it’s not even about the money but there needs to be an accurate description of these miniature chicken and waffles and they need to be listed under kids meals. Maybe I might need to go back and try dinner since that seems where the good reviews are coming from cause no

First time there. Sunday's they only do brunch so there's your caveat. It's clean it's got an atmosphere to it. The music was good just a tad too loud because it made it difficult to hear if you were conversating. Other than that nice big screen TVs to watch the games.... Very crisp and clear. I had a burger and tots. Tots were seasoned something fierce and the burger was different but enjoyable. Not your typical burger. I'd like to check them out for happy hour.
