RUDE.... very very RUDE.....they make you wait then say things like you can't stand here because you can't be in the way take the children and y'all go sit in the bar that's the way they try to make you spend money in a bar while you wait you know the children do not belong in the bar...they have back tables I don't know why we just can't continue to wait at the back table..they even had lanes available long story short we set for over 2 hours and decided to go elsewhere

I had a really enjoyable time at this bowling alley with my family. out of the 4 years ive been bowling this is the most enjoyable place ive been too. Also huge gratitude to the workers and especially one kid named Apru he really helped me and had an exceptional attitude with me from giving multiple compliments aswell which made walking in already a good start. Had a long conversation with him and he’s balancing multiple things at the same time and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves as hes a hard working young man.

Had my son's birthday party here, we found the staff very attentive, and everyone had a great time bowling. Very family friendly.

Brown deer lanes is a great place to hang out , they have bags outside,volleyball, bowling and a bar with pool and darts. The workers are always amazing. The food is also pretty good from here. Highly recommend stopping in and just hanging out it’s tons of fun.

There was a lady in the front asking little kids for IDs. Harassing little kids. I came for the kid's bowl free and she was asking them for IDs to bowl. I feel like she was being very racist. For the owner and their response, it's unfair for the treatment my family experienced. No member of my family was near the bar and I'm not stupid I know you have to ID when serving liquor. I would appreciate it if you read the review better because it doesn't make sense for you to say something about alcohol when I said something about kids. We can definitely discuss this further because racist is real in this world.
Not sure of the woman at the front desks name but she was so pleasant. She really set the tone for our visit. KBF is such a nice program. We plan to go back regularly😊.

We prepaid $100 for two games for 5 bowlers. My daughter got sick and my wife took her home before starting the second game. We asked to remove the two of them. Nope. “Our policy is no refunds” - and she pointed to the desk where it said that. ☹️ good food, Though!

The new owners do not know how to treat their loyal customers or know anything about bowling. They have no clue how to run a leauge. Putting open bowling right next to leauge bowlers is a no no. The lanes always have problems you can never finish a game without something happening. If you are more than a casual bowler or like to bowl in leagues this is not the place to go.
