They make you wait a lot and the workers act like they don’t know what to do and they make u wait alot and the crew seems like they hate there job and they all seem unprofessional and don’t provide enough positivity . And the food is decent but it’s prob the worse location in milwaukee , when it first opened it was better but now it’s poorly managed and they hire people who don’t provide the best service .

We came here for dinner around 5pm, we love watching the game and getting our grub on. Our service was ok, so many people walked past us at the door without saying a word, the food was terrible. Cold, dry, and sloppy. There were tons of employees walking around. It wasnt busy, I couldn't for the life me understand why our food was cold. Extremely disappointing

I went there this past Saturday to watch the football game and that place was absolutely disgusting. The floor was so greasy I almost slipped. It was filthy and when you entered it smelt so bad like puke and raw chicken we sat down and waited for about 20 minutes and no one came to our table so we ended up leaving right away. I promise I will never ever go to that place again and I will tell everybody how horrible that place is.

I will never order online through them again. At least on door dash I can select which store I want to order from. And that the tip is going to the driver and not the store. I placed an order, 15 mins later driver gets to the store. He sat there for over an hour waiting on some simple wings and fries… ordering through the website isn’t worth whatever rewards they offer.

The bartender spent more time chatting with her friends at the host stand than actually bartending..forgot the key part of my order and then had the nerve to ask if I wanted my change back..I gave her a 20% tip though she didn't deserve it...the food was great but it was kinda dead..that can't be helped .but it will be awhile before I forget the lack luster service.
