Food was good, could’ve been warmer, but I got sick after eating.. for almost 12 hours I was having bad stomach pain throwing up etc. almost went to the er

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. I went to place an order. The employee was sitting on the bench looking in his phone. I had to call for an employee to come from the back. I was trying to place an order, and my fiance had asked to use the restroom, and they claimed it was out of order, although it said to ask for a code to get in. A Caucasian man came in to pickup an order, and the worker got off of the bench to help him but left me standing there although I was there before him . This place is racist so I did not order food. I left and went to wing stop. The service was great and the food was hot and fresh. I will not go back to this place again.

The worst service ever! I waited an hour to get my food, only for it to be completely wrong! Only two people are working the back, and no one is working the front! They need someone to translate for them because you can't even understand them, or they can't understand their customers.

Came around 4 pm the dude cashier was very dismissive and rude rolling his eyes smacking his lips I didn’t do anything but order my food wasn’t giving him a hard time but he seem very homophobic .

Listen, when I tell you the wings are amazing, seasoned to perfection, if you love wings this is definitely the place to be. 10/10 I highly recommend them and tell them Swiss sent you... Chipotle dry rub extra wet was the truth! Now or time to enjoy this Brewers game yeah me and let me see what you got, it's all amazing

They canceled our delivery order IMMEDIATELY after placing it. Took SEVERAL rings to answer the phone, then hung up on us. Finally got through, and we were told to just reorder through the app. I asked since they could see the order if we could just put it through for pick up and was quite rudely told no.

This is the worst location. Should just shut the location down. My 4th time getting food from them and literally every single time they have forgotten part of my order. And half the time it's the biggest part of the meal ordered. The staff is lazy amd never answers the phone. Will be choosing a different location from now on. Do better. You're getting paid to do a job. Do it correctly.

Terrible customer service. Came for food after work because I saw they had a deal going for 20 wings and a large fry for about $17. Picked up my order and they forgot to give me my fries. Go back and ask for the missing item and they refused to give it to me because I got a deal. What’s the point of the deal if you’re not going to hold up your end of it? False advertising. Terrible customer service. Great place to go to if you want to ruin your night. Not the first time they’ve missed items on my order and refused to compensate at all. Didn’t even want anything extra, just what I paid for. Never giving this company another dollar.
