Second time I haven't gotten my food. Phone calls just go to a call center where they explain they can't do anything for you and it's not their problem.never again.

Very rude. Online is very misleading. I place an order under mild and receive a very hot bbq instead of mild bbq. Came back to replace it with a more mild bbq instead. They give me a very me hard time and gave me extra 10 pieces of the same hot bbq. I even told them I’ll pay extra but instead they told I had to place a new Order. I will not come back. I only came because they are the one open on Christmas

Workers pants were sagging to the floor while cooking food and cooking with unchanged gloves after handling money at the cash register 100% unsanitary and should be shut down for health violations.

They tryed to keep my 4 dollar change and act like they didnt know what was going on. 2 Arabic looking guys around 2:30pm 11/6/2025. Management should look into this date.

Food was good, could’ve been warmer, but I got sick after eating.. for almost 12 hours I was having bad stomach pain throwing up etc. almost went to the er

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. I went to place an order. The employee was sitting on the bench looking in his phone. I had to call for an employee to come from the back. I was trying to place an order, and my fiance had asked to use the restroom, and they claimed it was out of order, although it said to ask for a code to get in. A Caucasian man came in to pickup an order, and the worker got off of the bench to help him but left me standing there although I was there before him . This place is racist so I did not order food. I left and went to wing stop. The service was great and the food was hot and fresh. I will not go back to this place again.

The worst service ever! I waited an hour to get my food, only for it to be completely wrong! Only two people are working the back, and no one is working the front! They need someone to translate for them because you can't even understand them, or they can't understand their customers.

Came around 4 pm the dude cashier was very dismissive and rude rolling his eyes smacking his lips I didn’t do anything but order my food wasn’t giving him a hard time but he seem very homophobic .
