I think they are COVID closed. Showed up on. Friday night, hours online says they are open. Some lights on, no cars in the parking lot, door locked without any sign indicating why they aren’t open. Oh they are like the last store in a super dead mall so probably a safe bet to go anywhere else.

I went there before work at four pm in the afternoon. The price is $17.99 after three pm or three thirty pm. They charge for state 5.6% and another tax. That I have never seen at any restaurant, ever. Unless, it is a new tax or something.I was given a plastic fork three styrofoam plates and a polyurethane glove, that reminds me of a clown gloves. No, knife or spoon, I had to ask for them. Then I asked what kind of drinks they have, Cola or Pepsi for, the cashier told me it was Coke. It wasn't I found out later when I went to get a beverage. It was RC cola, Sundrop, Sunkist orange, RC diet. Not Coca cola like she said. Rccola is not Coca cola. I was also completely dissatisfied with the food, the meat, beef and chicken was dry and did have alot of flavor. The spice was there to enhance the flavor but it wasn't evermade good or left out to long or under the steam table to log and the meat dryed out.I will not be going back the ever again. There are better Chinese buffet restaurants. Like the Asian buffet in Menomonee falls or the Gourmet Dra in Grafton. And the One one Sixth and Mequon toad.Don't come here and pay Eighteen dollars for over cook food and it not even funny...

If I could leave zero stars, I would! Hands down the worst buffet I have ever had in my life. Food was dried up, bland, hard, and disgusting. Even the soda tasted gross. The best thing they had was ice! I will never return unless under new ownership with good food that's worth my money!

Worsened food ever. I see why they make you pay up front. Everything I taste were burn or over cooked. We actually paid $35.00 for something that wasn't worth $5. 00 buck. I could of gotten better service of food at mcdonald.

I don't know if this Buffet City own by Mexican now or what, because the food it didn't taste like before at all and the price is going up too, their fry rice and white rice taste so nasty and all the foods are so horrible. Never go there again.

very bad experience! Went there about 11:15am june 3rd. several of the items in the buffet were not out yet such as the salad bar items . selection was much less than before the shutdown. price had gone up. less selection at a higher price. several of the items i tried were not very warm at all. some were cold!. the ice machine was not putting out ice .much better places to go to for a lower price i won't be back!

The worst foodI have ever paid for.Everything was dry and hardAnd not seasoned well.Even the fruit tastes like it has been soaked in water. It was a very hot day and the place felt like the air conditioner was on super low. I wasted my money which I dont have very much of on the mess. Im upset and will never eat there again. I cant believe they feel its ok to serve people this Unedible food. So upset never again!!!!!!

The food was upsetting to say the least. It was super expensive and I feel cheated as hell. That’s the only place I know that asks you to give a tip when you pay. One word for this buffet: disappointing.

Ok at best. Employees were friendly, the restaurant was clean, they had social distancing in place for COVID, but the food was disappointing. Bland and flavorless. The only thing that tasted good were the wontons. Literally everything else was not good.
