When you have to charge .64 for a sauce it's time to shut down. I love Burger King but this one is old, gross and I'm almost positive the world has forgotten about it so no health inspector will ever come.

If you know what is good for you, believe all the 1's on the reviews,it's dirty, food is not good, broken windows, dirty seats, trash in the fake plants,my food never came, they gave it to another table then had me wait even longer only to find they messed up this order and offered no compensation,I didn't use the restroom because I was to scared to,you can't even tell what soda is what since the words and pictures are wore off,my husband said it was flat soda, terrible terrible place to go on the run

Horrible service. I dont know how this place is open. I had a couple horrible experiences in the past and decided to give it another try. There was literally only one other customer ahead of me and I waited 30 minutes for one sandwich. Definitely wont be back.

Easily the worst fast food restaurant I've ever visited. I go here very occasionally, and only due to it being a very convenient location. Every time, I cross my fingers and hope they won't screw it up, but I'm usually disappointed. I don't know who owns this place, but it's clear that they don't much care about it. The place apparently has pretty high turnover. It also appears they changed suppliers for some products, as the breakfast ham went from pink and tender to grayish and full of gristle. No doubt an effort to save some money and keep what appears to be a failing restaurant afloat. This is in addition to the usual BK fare (like white lettuce). Here is a rundown of my most recent drive thru experience: I pull up to the menu board and wait 2-3 minutes before an employee asks "Can I help you". "Yeah, can I get a number 3 with no tomatoes or onions?" I wait a second for the cashier to confirm what I said or ask what drink I would like. "Is that it?" "Uh, yep that's it." I figure I'll just tell him the drink when I get to the window. "Pull around for your total." So, I pull up and sit behind the one car at the window and wait. For like 10 minutes. I would understand if there was a rush or something. But no, just the one car. Nobody coming in or out of the dining room either. This is pretty standard for this location, so I'm frustrated but not surprised. When I finally get to the window, the cashier tells me the total and reaches for my payment. At this point, I decide I should tell him I'd like a Dr. Pepper, or risk getting whatever drink he feels like giving me. "You want ice?" This took me aback a little, because out of all the times I've visited a fast food restaurant, I've never been asked this. I wasn't ready for it. "Yeah!" I blurted out. As I sit and wait another 10 minutes for my order, I briefly glimpse the manager and overhear him telling the drive through cashier "yeah sometimes we get a rush right about now," or some such thing. I look in my rear view...nothing. I scan the parking lot around me...4 cars (some of which belong to employees, no doubt) and one tractor-trailer that just pulled in. Wtf is this guy talking about a rush for? I finally get my order and waste no time in getting back on my way. I go to take a sip of my drink - it's nearly flat carbonated water with a hint of Dr. Pepper flavor. I look in the cup and see what you'd expect to see in the bottom of a cup of soda you left in a hot car all day. It did have ice in it, so I have to give them credit for that. I dump the soda out the door (not the cup!). I hope the fries are good, at least. Nope. Very obviously stale and barely lukewarm. So I give up on the fries too. When I pulled into the drive thru, I was already hungry. Having had my hopes up for something edible, and now having been disappointed, I feel famished. This burger better be at least marginal. I open the sandwich (a whopper with cheese and bacon). There are tomatoes and onions on it. Now, Im not such a baby that I can't take the stuff off my burger. It just pisses me off that, first, the guy was obviously not listening to my order (or couldn't be troubled to punch a couple buttons on the register) and second, they screwed up every single item on my order. Fast food seems to be getting more and more expensive all the time, but how can a business justify charging these prices while serving crap like this and offering crap service like this? And the employees want to be paid more but clearly don't want to work (complaining about a rush of 2 cars?). Convenient or not, I won't be going here again. I'd recommend you don't either. There's an Arby's and a Sonic one block south. Try those.

We went there to grab dinner at 8pm and the doors were locked. I'm surprised this this place is still opened.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Smoked cigarets were on the counter by employees. The drive thru computer was broken so everyone had to order inside. They could not break a $20 bill because they had no change, really? This is a chain fast food place and you don't have change for a $20 at 4:00 pm??? Food took a good 10 minutes to make and it was only a 10 piece chicken nugget order. The place was filthy. Registers couldn't print receipts either. This place felt like a dump.

Great food. Horrible horrible service. I used a coupon and ordered two additional items and when I got my total it sounded a bit pricey. So I asked for my receipt. Conveniently it didn't print so she decided to read back the order and she rambled the prices! Like I'm supposed to total my order with prices like 3 somethin' and 2 somethin' I was so outdone I just bit the bullet and got my food. Unbelievable.

The food is good, when they have it. The service is horrible and has been for the two years I've lived nearby. It takes at least 15 min to get through the drive thru. Twice they had no drinks, no soda or tea or anything. I have seen other customers walk out or complain about the horrible service as well. The building is in a sorry state and watch out for huge potholes in the parking lot Updated 05/2017: this business is now closed. That's what happens when you have horrible service.

The one star is for the food NOT the service. This is the worst fast food place I have ever been to, if you can even call it fast. If I want to go there before work, I better plan to spend at least 20 minutes waiting for my food. A 3 piece order (whopper Jr, chicken fries, and onion rings) took FIFTEEN MINUTES. And they don't even apologize for the wait! Absolute worst.

Wow. That was awful. Please allow me to share my BK experience. This was a drive-through order around 7pm. I don't think my nerves could have taken a trip inside the store. It was better to gawk from afar at the awesome awfulness of this BK. It took--and I AM NOT exaggerating--nearly 10 minutes to place the order at the drive-thru speaker. It wasn't that I was unclear or that the speaker/microphone was busted, it was that ordering a plain cheeseburger, medium fries, and a large regular iced tea was too much information at once. At first, it was frustrating, but being a patient man, I endured the torturous task of repeating and correcting over and over. After the first five minutes, I morphed into more of a coaching attitude. I really wanted her to get my order right, and I thought that by speaking words of encouragement, we could pull through this together. After the 8th minute, however, I began to get annoyed, but it was like a train wreck on the side of the highway...I was compelled to see this thing through to see how it would end. Long story short (too late?): 10 minutes to order. 10 minutes to prepare said order (they had to go in the back and get fries, since they were out). 30 seconds to determine order was wrong. 5 minutes to correct order. Verdict: Our public schools are failing.
