I have never met a worker who I could tell she loved her job and makes ever customer feel like they are the only one until yesterday I was honored to meet Peaches. I had messed up my mobile order and she went above and beyond to make things right even tho it was my error. I hope you keep her on your staff because she is 1 in a million.

The worst whopper I have ever had. There was one onion, no ketchup, the bun was hard, and it was drowning in mayo. All you could taste was the mayo.
Stopped by to get some food. It was not busy and there was only one customer in front of me. She took the order in front of me and then didn't even acknowledge me before going to make other orders. I waited about 5 minutes to see if I would at least be acknowledged and got nothing

Waited 20 minutes for a French fry. My Whopper was burnt to a crisp/completely inedible. They also gave me a Whopper Jr. Patty even though I ordered a Whopper. After reaching out to customer service, they said the best they could do was a measly $3 credit that doesn’t even cover the cost of a Whopper. Avoid this location, take your money elsewhere and don’t expect customer service to make your situation whole.

They close at 10pm. Arrived at the drive thru at 9:23pm. Zero acknowledgement for at least 4 minutes. Lazy blonde woman was seen in the drive thru window. The owner needs to monitor this restaurant better. You can't make money if your employees aren't serving your customers at all.

This location will never disappoint me. Food has always been great for me, makes me remember why I love Whoppers. Wait time can be slow during rush hour, but you can't beat that exceptional customer service. The workers are always so polite and kind and never forget to add my sauces to my bag.

So I just ate my food and yeah , it was pretty bad. They were also out of 2 things I ordered, but one of the team members let me substitute without an issue so that why I bump up service to 2 stars. It was not busy but it took 15 mins longer to get my food than what the app said it would be ready. SMH, never again

Man... It's been so long since I went through a drive-thru and actually got a hot sandwich, and the fries were fresh! It was delicious and service was great! Thanks guys!!

Extremely poor service, had a wait 22 minutes for one fish, one hamburger and a ice cream pie. There was only one counter person and one fry cook, and the floors and counter were dirty and littered with foods items. Never will go back this this outlet
