Service here is consistently slow. Half the time there’s no one at the cashier, and other times there’s only one person handling the cooking, which leads to long waits. The drive-through is just as slow, so there’s no quick option either.
Cleanliness is another issue — I’ve literally seen flies and even a spider on the counter, which is pretty concerning. The place seems to be rarely cleaned properly.
I only come here because there’s no other food option nearby, but if you have a choice, I’d recommend skipping this one.

There was a very nice representative who helped us with our orders and was a perfect example of what customer service is. I did not catch her name. She was wearing glasses. We don't ever do this but we decided to stay in and eat. It was clean and the food was fresh. Great job to the women at the register and staff. ❤️

Im from out of town, stopped here, not only did it take over 10 minutes for them to take our order in the drive through, we needed to place 2 separate orders and was told we had to get back in line to place a second order. The stupidest thing I have ever heard. Do Better.

I just can't understand how is it they're still in business! The lines are awful the cashiers are just as bad and I swear a long as it takes to actually get your meal you'd swear it would be cold!!
Nothing to update. This place is still what it is. I try to avoid it. Didn't ever have your food delivered. I guarantee it'll almost never be right

Only added lettuce, mayo, and tomato to my sandwich. For it being an almost $14 meal at least make it correctly.
