Uber Eats order and this place constantly forgets to complete the full order. Always forgetting. Ordered their pie and was not in the bag. Expensive mistake for Uber & an embarrassment for Burger king corporate for continuing to overlook the obvious.

Do people even work at this location anymore? Stopped by today and seen people sitting inside. Must’ve been the 2 employees since the drive thru wasn’t open. Nobody was at the window. Went to a place down the road and as I was passing Burger King. I seen an mpd offier entering the building. Lately when I stop by there’s no employees or when they have employees the get your entire order wrong. Then get super defensive that you said your order is wrong. Don’t get what happened with this location.

Store looked extremely clean compared to any other BK I’ve been in! Excellent service, I was offered the cool Burger King Crown which was nice I didn’t know they still do that! Will be making this my GO TO Burger King from now on

This burger King is getting better. Use to suck, but the employees aren't lazy anymore the food doesn't suck anymore, the service is much faster than it use to be.
Omg! The breakfast is worse. Who puts salt on eggs especially when you have a sausage egg and cheese biscuits. Dummies the sausage is already salted why put salt in the eggs. Please stop with the salt on the eggs. I'm shared to buy a whopper it might have to much salt. I'll drive to 124 and capital before I buy anything from here

I have given this BK so many chances due to being near by and 24 hours. Out of my 10 separate visits, i have not gotten a single order correctly made… I am not exaggerating. Don’t waste your time. This has been an issues since they opened, and it’s obvious the workers aren’t changing nor does management know what to do to fix it. Fries are never fresh even though they take about 10 times as long to fulfill an order than every other fast food place. You’ll never get sauce for your sides even if you tell them when you order unless you get your bag and ask them directly after getting your food after a 35 minute wait. And to emphasize even with long wait, your food won’t be fresh nor warm. It will be stale and cold. I just don’t get how it can be so bad EVERY TIME. MONTHS APART. And I don’t understand the point of their management. Plenty of other places on 27th st. Don’t waste your money.
