Had an online order to pick up, and placed a second order while there. Online order was there, and they assured me the second order was in there as well. It wasn’t. I got home and the second order was missing. Won’t answer the phone either. Now I have to drive up there out of my way to fix their error.

Worst run Burger King I have ever seen when I was there I ordered a Whopper cheese heavy pickle heavy onion after 20 minutes of waiting went in they gave me the wrong soda and when I mentioned it to the manager he said well it's a new girl and she doesn't know the difference between diet and regular I'm diabetic I can't have regular they don't do special orders until after the line of cars and there were three of them behind me that got served first they don't do special order burgers or Whoppers until the line is down to nothing so after 25 minutes I went to get a refund they wouldn't give me a full refund because if you special order like the pickles and onions and pay for them you don't get the money back for that that's how they're making money The ripping customers off knowingly The ripping customers off

Burger King's service has gone downhill tremendously. Especially in the Milwaukee area. But at least at the one on 76th and Oklahoma people were working unlike the one on Layton when you never know if they're open or not. There needs to be an option to do a half-star coz 3 stars is generous considering the service.

Lazy toddlers running the store, tried to pretend our order didn’t show up on their system when ordering through the app. Had to go inside and show it was the correct address while they continued to just try to get us to leave. Randomly changed tune and acted like we were being rude for wanting our order and suddenly, “I already told you we making it.” After another 5 minutes turns out they actually couldn’t find it again?
I can’t fathom how you can have a whole team of people inconvenienced by you patronizing their store running the BK with zero problem solving skills. Actually wild experience of the workers gaslighting people. Just go to the McDonald’s across the street lol.
