I’ve generally had good experiences here. Their food is cooked much better than other locations, so I prefer coming here. Only negative experience I’ve had is when my husband made a mistake on an order (he accidentally ordered a regular whopper but meant to order an impossible whopper because he’s vegetarian), so the staff was argumentative at first but eventually fixed it. Aside from this, the service has been good.

As I was ordering, the person was rude.I paid through my phone, didn’t gave no receipt. I waited over 10 minutes & was given badly greasy chicken nuggets. Old chicken fries. Just save your money and go to McDonalds instead ??

I got double charged 6.93 totaling 13.86 after paying for a 8pc nugget and vanilla Oreo shake and they wouldn't give me a full refund even though I ordered it yesterday as I'm writing this review you get better food service and atmosphere at 3137 South 76th Street also known as McDonald'

If I'm gonna order a rootbeer I expect a root beer not a dr pepper. I pulled up like they asked and I waited for my food. I told the lady the drink was wrong she took the drink back and brought back a root beer, but she filled the enter cup with ice. They asked if I wanted sauce I said BBQ. I got none in the bag. I also asked for ketchup at the speaker and at the window before driving up I got no sauce in the bag.

The morning crew is usually great! This evening, I went to get a kids burger for my son. Once i ordered and paid, I was told to pull forward. It took over 15 minutes just to get the burger. Not only did it take a long time, but they forgot the applejuice that was supposed to come with as well as gave me the wrong burger... The only reason for 2 stars is because of the morning crew. I just called the store to speak to a manager. The manager was rude on the phone and told me I had to come back to get the correct burger after already arriving home instead of just offering a reimbursement. Recommend that you don't go to this burger king. It's gone downhill fast.

It cost me thirteen dollars in which in today's prices I thought was just about right ?Wheelchair accessibility: It was around five o'clock and there was more than enough handicap parking along with regular parking! It seems everyone was using the drive thru

Got breakfast this morning. It was like the sandwiches were thrown together. Sloppy and falling apart. Probably fresh but didn't look or taste like it. Like it missed the trash can.
