Ordered food got to driveway to leave pulled out chicken sandwich took a bite and a piece of hair was in the burger. The hair was a foot long. When I pulled sandwich away from my mouth and hair was still in sandwich. when I took it back in and told the lady she needed to wear a hair net she smiled. Horrible location no one in uniforms....
Ordered Breakfast with Coffee
Made my Breakfast sandwich with what they wanted to! Did Not include Milk or Sugar for my coffee!! Ordered thru the Drive thru, was told to pull around to the front to wait for my food, 5 other cars were waiting as well. Then when my food came out, All Wrong, I asked for a refund, she told me I have to come inside!! That’s the Whole purpose of going thru the drive thru!! They need to get it together!!!
Went to Burger King drive thru on N Green Bay ave and they took about 5-7 min just to acknowledge me and there was only 1 other car in line who was sitting there for about 20 min . I Finally put my order in and I got up to the window, the car in front of me was still waiting for there food after 20min. I got my food right away but my drinks were as warm as coffee and my food was cold as ice. I tried to call them to explain my situation but they tried to play dumb and not answer...read full review
