I spend $40 ordered a bacon king it had no bacon pissed me off this the second time that has happened worst burger king in this city!I also order 16piece nuggets for my baby they were old ,a whooper and I order a large fries in which I didn't get at all but was charged for through uber eat baby close the store down if yall can't serve the customers what they order cause this not the first time.Im sick and couldn't cook for my family this is horrible I will NEVER Go HERE AGAIN EVER!!!

I came on my lunch break and the doors were locked.went through the drive thru and a young lady with long braids down to her legs was taking orders.As I was trying to order she was very disrespectful. Rushing me to order.She kept asking me what did I want and I told her to give me a chance to talk.She told me that wasn't going to take my order and to leave.i asked to speak to a manager..I sat in the drive thru until someone came to talk to me.I asked for the name of the region manager.And was told by a man with a lot of makeup on named DeDe that they were the region. And that she/he would take my order..With the attitude that I received I no longer wanted or trusted them with my food...At I was very upset.Being in food service I know customers rights and service that should be received..I will be reaching out to corporate on this situation and it's not a good look for this business. I will not be patronizing any BK establishments.

Just left here and if I could give ZERO stars I would! The drive thru lady was so rude I asked how much is an impossible burger because I accidently left my glasses which I only need for reading and she said well look at the menu all the prices are on there then I let her know I couldn't see the price on the menu and sorry for any inconvenience....her response well your in the way she then said well you shouldn't be out here then driving etc and was annoyed at just letting me knew the price If I wasn't with my kid I would have set in on the disrespect but the lord kept me humble as you should be anyways however I guess she wasn't taught manners or good customer service I work in customer service and i would never be so rude!!! She even had the nerve to roll her eyes when I was still being so respectful I guess I inconvenienced her day while on the clock

Went to 2 Burger Kings in search of better service, I stopped at 2 because if I went out ant farther AWAY from this inner city services and ppl well my food would be COLD getting it back to my family!!! The last burger King on Appleton and Center st, the manager worked the front counter and drive thru with a FULL SKI MASK ON LIKE HE WAS ROBBING US which he was because my whopper meal was 17 bucks??
