Awesome bakery in the Milwaukee Public Market. Everything we ordered was delicious. Market was busy but the service here was great and they got us through quickly.

C.Adam's Bakery is one of my favorite places to grab a tiramisu cup. ? I need to find time to try all their other sweets but first tiramisu since it's my favorite dessert. Highly recommend. Plus, they're located inside the Milwaukee Public Market and that's always fun!

The oatmeal cookie sandwiches at C Adam's are nothing short of exquisite. They are absolutely worth a trip to the Public Market and contending against weekend crowds and the situational road rage you'll likely find yourself exhibiting while searching for a parking spot. The market has no shortage of great eats and good vibes, but the treats and friendly staff at this bakery are standouts.

I could not resist these cupcakes when I passed by them at the public market omg! I ended up trying 4 flavors with a friend sooooo here's my ranking: 1. Cookie Butter - (1000/10) if you like cookie butter even a little bit or have never tried it you are missing out! The cake was perfectly moist and the cream was sooo smooth and buttery. I loved every bit of it. 2. Vanilla Bean - I'm a vanilla over chocolate girl so take this with a grain of salt. I really really loved this cupcake I thought it was just the right amount of sweetness (and once again moist cake and smooth toppings) 3. Carrot - pretty standard carrot cake! I thought the frosting on this one was a little runny but the cake itself was good and had visible pieces of carrot if you're into that 4. Red Velvet - also pretty standard red velvet but nothing special here. The frosting on this one was kinda tough maybe cuz it was in the fridge the longest but the cake was overall just ok The staff here were super nice and the prices are all very reasonable ($3/cupcake). I'll have to try their giant cookies next time!

Wanted something small for dessert, so I decided to pick up a few things from here. They had a variety of different items that all looked delicious, but I decided to go with the tiramisu cake ball, raspberry cheesecake ball, and a tiramisu macaroon. All three items tasted amazing! I liked the fact that they weren't overly sugary and the shells on the cake balls were not too thick. I took off a star because the staff wasn't very friendly and there was no clear line to order. They just took orders based on which ever person made eye contact with them first.

Ordered two cakes for birthday dinner.Salted Carmel and Lemon Poppy Seed. The lemon bake was great! Very moist. My guest loved it. The other was dry. However the portion worked out great. The customer service was good. The cashier and the person I worked with was professional and approachable.

They always have delicious cookies, cakes, and other treats etc... I recommend their flour less chocolate walnut cookies.... I don't have a picture bc we ate it too fast... ? their frosted sugar cookies are also really good. Overall, it's always good for a quick little treat.

If you do nothing else in the market, TRY THEIR CUPCAKES!! On a very serious note I visited this bakery 3 times during my visit. From someone who loves to try new things while traveling that is impressive! I tried their macarons, cookies, and cupcakes. Although they were all good the cupcakes stole the show. They managed to be light and fluffy while still being flavor packed. It was perfection. I would wait in a very long line just to get my hands on one of their pistachio cupcakes again. I often think about it and mourn the fact I don't live here. When you go just be brave and get one of each cupcake, I don't like chocolate cake but liked theirs. It's serious that good. Like Pokémon, you should collect them all.

The texture is absolutely perfect. That being established...The Chocolate Mousse Cake- the chocolate cake is perfectly dark and a little bitter, but lacks flavor. I understand that not all chocolate cake is sweet or deep flavored, but this only tasted like it needed flavor. Or at least more vanilla. The frosting had no flavor. It tastes like a whipped cream frosting with a little cocoa powder, but not enough to taste. The banana pudding sugar cookie wasn't bad, but the frosting literally tastes like sugar and a little banana. The frosting doesn't taste creamy. It also seems like they didn't mix it long enough or they added too much sugar, as you can feel sugar crystals

I’ve never been so disappointed by a cookie in my entire life. Based on the other reviews I was expecting the frosted sugar cookie sandwich to have a delicious rich frosting to compliment the simple base. That’s not the case. The frosting is so disgusting. It tastes like straight up sugar and artificial vanilla. It’s so incredibly sweet, but the artificial vanilla makes it taste a little bitter. There’s no complexity or depth of flavor. The actual cookie is alright but nothing special. Waste of moneyMy husband liked his banana cream pie cookie but said it was just average.

I called to place an order and they asked for a tip right after I had to prepay the cake. I’d understand if I was picking up the cake and I was paying for it but they just took my order and expect a tip? Also, the customer service is bad. I came in to pick up my order and the ladies just ignored me until another customer called out to get their attention. On top of all that, the German chocolate cake was dry.

Ordered a custom cake with fresh strawberries as a special request. Got these on the name of fresh strawberries and after paying additional $10. They were definitely cut and put on the cake long ago so not fresh anymore, looked stale, tasted spoiled and had to be removed from the cake before we could cut the cake for my daughter’s birthday. The cake tasted good, the frosting was super sugary though. Not coming back, overhyped bakery!

The chocolate mousse cake is the best deal in the Market. Every time I’m in Milwaukee I am sure to stop and grab a slice. It is fabulous cold with a glass of wine back home. My boys also love the extra large cookies.
