Great atmosphere. I sat outside. My steak was a bit chewy however flavourful. The drinks are amazing.

Delicious food, great service!Pricey, though. We were there for a birthday and brought our own cake. But were told there would be a 25$ for cutting our own cake.I don't know...used to be service staff sang at your tables. I know it's "restaurant policy"But, we will never celebrate a birthday there again. We took the cake home.It was just a matter of principle. The check was $400 for 5. Totally worth it.

The food was delicious, especially the lomo saltado. They had cut exactly the perfect bits of meat, cooked them until they wete crispy in the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. Served with a delicious yuca and veggies. Service was great, except a dribk was firgotten. We reminded them and they got it for us immediatetely. It was a quiet, soft, atnosphere with really great music plating. This is a DELICIOUS restaurant, I totally reccomend.

Parking: You can pretty much park anywhere, along the curb, or a few houses away.

Kid-friendliness: They were really kind and sweet about it, definetely reccomend.

Service and attitude is this places issues. I'm very liberal when a place has staffing shortages and mistakes are made but it's all about the attitude.I read a few other reviews about the service staff attitudes and I could not agree more it's lackluster. I really enjoy the food but it is pricey and the last 2 x here the service but more importantly the attitude deserves a 1 star. This time we ate the bar and "someone" made a mistake in my order. My spouse finished dinner and I was still waiting but the bartender didn't handle the situation very well with her attitude. I won't go into details but the time prior we were there the waiter took almost 20 minutes to just bring us water. And the way a few of the staff facial expressions in looking at you. I would not say it's a very inviting or friendly. But I have excused it because the food is good and flavorful.I can spent up to $28 for entrée where we at least get a better experience that includes good food.

Overall, C-viche is a fun niche and unique restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service was great. However, for 6 people our bill was about $350, so it is very pricey. The portions of the C-viche dishes were quite small compared to others, especially given the price, so we were a bit disappointed by that. Some of the dishes were amazing like the pastas, but a few didn’t have much flavor to be honest. I feel the the prices are a bit steep for what is offered, but I still love the variety, so I recommend giving it a try!

Love the food. Presentation, flavor, quality, and quantity were great. We ordered papas bravas and ceviches, and everything was tasty. Customer service was superb. Luis, our server was always kind and attentive, asking us if we needed it anything else several times during dinner. Atmosphere was magic, with live music and lovely decoration. We dine indoors, but the outdoor area looked amazing too. Overall 100% recommended.

Went for the first time for Mother's Day lunch with my wife. Our waiter Marcos explained some of the dishes and offered suggestions for both cocktails and food which were spot on! We tried 3 different Pisco-based cocktails based on his recommendations and all were delicious and beautifully presented. Lima was the most complex and deserves special attention. We had a few appetizers - Classic Cerviche and Ensalada De Palta Con Chifles (Guacamole with plantain chips). They were equally tasty and very filling. We shared the Churrasco which was cooked precisely medium rare as per our specifications. For dessert we shared piping hot cinnamon encrusted churros with dulce de leche. Service was very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Thank you for the great meal and hospitality. We will definitely return.

We always wanted to try C-Viche and finally dined in its Shorewood location. Our focus was on small plates. We ordered a panini, two tacos (one shrimp and one chicken), and an appetizer. The grilled panini was decent but did not stand out. The tacos (one shrimp and one chicken) seemed to have fresh ingredients and tasted very good. The appetizer was guacamole with fried plantain chips, corn and serrano peppers, which we liked best. Overall, we would rank this restaurant as the best in Shorewood, WI.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Great ambience inside. Server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely fantastic. The ceviche(forgot the name see picture) had a nice variety of seafood in addition to some beans. I had the catch of the day for my main meal. The Sauce that was paired with the sword fish was really tasty.Didn’t spend a whole lot either! Very reasonable priced.I will definitely come back!

I always keep coming back to this place, despite the fact that there are other places to go eat when I am in Milwaukee. This place captures a variety of different South American cuisines and they do it incredibly well. This is hard to do and I salute the chef and his ability to bring out flavors in ways that I just don’t see it at other restaurants. Absolute 10 out of 10 - My Favorite place to eat. Lunch or dinner, the food, and the staff are just wonderful.

Got their special cviche of the week and it was good. We saw someone ordered the pesto dish and had to try it so we also ordered that and tbh it was so bland. The vibrant green throws off flavour expectations so we wish it was more flavorful but everything else was good nevertheless. Def has some unique food experience and options. The live music was also a plus!

Finally, food with flavor! Nice laid back atmosphere. Peruvian-Mexican-Japanese. Good happy hour. Great food, great adult beverages, and a fantastic staff.

Excellent food, drinks, and service. The ceviche was one of the best I've ever eaten. The grilled octopus appetizer was also great. All three of us at dinner enjoyed our entrees. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely return.

I've had ceviche dozens of times in Peru, including at some of the finer restaurants in the Miraflores district of Lima. The ceviche here matches up with the best -- the right flavor, the right texture, the right presentation. We all had a variety of entrees, and all were quite good, as was the service. Definitely worth the visit.
