This is a landmark Milwaukee restaurant with a really charming historic decor. Went for late breakfast. The bloody mary was good, but my personal preference would be for regular rather than candied bacon. Buttermilk pancake incredibly fluffy, sugar-free syrup available upon request. The house benedict was prepared very well, including my requested well toasted muffin, but again personal preference I'd have rather had Canadian bacon than sausage. Huge amount of accompanying hash browns. Service very friendly and efficient, staff knows regulars by name, and one waitress was actually singing as I was on my way out!

Absolutely great food. We shall return to try different items on the menu. The seasonal mimosa is a must try on the weekends

The food is worth the wait. I had the Plaza Pleaser with well done hashbrowns, blueberry pancakes and bacon and all of it tasted absolutely delicious. Service from the big man teddy bear host boss, the chefs, the server Sarah, the runners, and the order tracker person were just outstanding. If I am hungover again, I’m coming back here tomorrow morning. Sitting at the counter was so much fun watching the efficient staff work in such a tiny place.

Lovely classic breakfast place. Light, fluffy pancakes and crispy hash browns were the highlight of my meal. My husband got the lemon poppyseed pancakes and those were great too. The service was great - everyone we interacted with was so nice. Good vibes all around. I found this spot from a thread on Reddit while visiting Milwaukee from out of town and decided to give it a try. I'm very glad that I did!

Food was outstanding. They have an area that is just like an old school diner where you can even see them cook the food. They also have a dining room area with traditional table service like a fancy restaurant.

Al fresco at its best! The food was great and the service was excellent.
The homemade pastry, in this case, an Orange and Cranberry buttery pound cake, was heaven on the tongue!
My Vegetarian Eggs Benedict was head and shoulders above the Sausage Eggs Benedict (though that was the best tasting egg muffin ever).
The coffee was too bitter but could be overlooked with the awesome outdoor atmosphere, exquisite food, and great service.

This cafe has super cute outdoor seating! The biscuits and sausage gravy was hearty and I liked the flavor. I’d return to try more things from their menu. The menu is akin to a lot of “brunch” restaurants I’ve visited. The service was decent and did I mention the outdoor seating??

Interesting and different breakfasts. Had the veggie Benedict and it was so good. Hash browns did not disappoint. But the very best thing they have is the lemon poppyseed pancakes with blueberry ginger sauce! 10 out of 10.

A very elegant and delicious place to eat brunch and lunch.
Prices were a tiny high, but the quality merits the price.

My favorite breakfast or brunch in Milwaukee. I bring most of our out-of-town guests here. I love sitting at the counter or in the courtyard. Definitely get the hashbrowns.

Had breakfast, ordered the lemon poppyseed pancakes w/blueberry ginger syrup. It was an actual culinary delight. Ate outside in courtyard, it was beyond lovely. Server was very courteous & efficient. Fantastic experience.
