My husband, Dan, and I popped into Comacho’s on a Saturday and could not have been more pleased with the service, atmosphere, and company! Joe the bartender, Jesse the owner, and Wilda, Jesse’s girlfriend were absolutely spectacular. If you like a bar that has a seasoned feel, history, culture, people who you know frequent a great place and you are not shy about trying new places…absolutely head to Comacho’s! We loved it so much we went back the next night and if we are ever in Milwaukee we will 100% be in to spend time with these amazing people! Thank you Jesse, Wilda and Joe! Dan and I will never forget the great time we had with you and will recommend Comacho’s to anyone who will be heading your way!

This bar has been around since I was a kid. The owner is CLEAN! When I say clean I'm talking clean! He looks at every glass before he serves a drink. Bathrooms smells like Fabulouso, all of the beers and liquor are front facing in the coolers. Some would call this place a dive bar but because of the cleanliness and service I have to say it ranks above the best!

We strolled into Camacho’s on a sleepy Sunday afternoon in August, wanting to discover a true neighborhood bar. So much has changed in Walker’s Point since my glory years. I lament the loss of La Fuente, Felipe’s Place, where we partied the night before my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah, and Babalu, where I danced the light fantastic to Elvis Crespo and Cubanismo.Jessie was behind the bar at Camacho and treated us like old friends. Everyone was friendly, the music was fantastic, the drinks strong and reasonable. Camacho is the true definition of a place keeping the ideal of neighborhood alive. Trendy is nice. Neighborhood is necessary.
Great local bar! Cash only, friendly people. You get there and everyone makes you feel comfortable.
