They offer great tasty sandwiches however the location 111 E Wisconsin is no longer there, it has been replaced by Grass Roots

The staff didn't have my sandwich ready even though I called in the order so I had to wait for my Bobby. The sandwich is amazing!! Thanksgiving on a sub bun.

This location shut down because i ordered too many subs during the month of October! Ill have to settle for subways yoga mat bread now! Disgusting but yet it fills up me gut!

Good food, good price, and some interesting sub combos, like the thanksgiving dinner sub that has turkey, cranberry sauce, potatoes, and gravy on it...

Was great about 5-6 years ago when the silver-haired man with the goatee managed it. He ran a tight ship. Since then, it appears to have been under a revolving door of new managers and quality has exponentially diminished. Average wait time is 15-20 minutes after ordering (even for a cold sub). While the understaffed staff is consistently courteous and friendly, the quality is not consistent. One day my Turkey Sub had mildly stale bread, and warm, rubbery cheese (could be why I had diarrhea later that day). On the other hand, if you're lucky, one day your sub could be great - and even have adequate mayo applied. It's a very hit or miss place - more misses lately. Try a sub from Cousins or PotBelly's down the street.

Slow and understaffed. On my last visit, I ordered and paid online and when I got there, there was one person working and a line of frustrated people and even more sitting waiting for there food. After waiting for 15 minutes he seemed to have no more orders and asked me what I was waiting for. I told him I had an online order and what it was. No idea where my order actually was....Good food but way too slow for a work lunch (especially when ordering / paying ahead).

So sad to see this place go downhill. This used to be one of my favorite sandwich shops (I had given it 5 stars). But now I am always disappointed when I go here.

While the sandwiches tasted good (according to my colleagues), the salads that were delivered were not. They did not come as ordered. Delivery was an hour late AND I wrote a tip on the receipt, only for them to add another tip in the same amount. I sent an email to the owner detailing everything that was wrong with our order ($125 order!) and received zero response. Nothing to even acknowledge he read it. I know he did because I sent it return read receipt. We will never order from them again. But, perhaps he doesn't need orders of this magnitude?

If I could give negative stars I would. You are definitely better off going to Jimmy Johns or anywhere else. It took 30 minutes for my order to be made and there was only one order before mine. One worker threw my order slip away so they didn't start making it until I had already been there for 15 minutes waiting by the counter (mind you there was no one else waiting for even at the register). The store was a disaster and the floor very sticky by the drinks. The manager and workers kept complaining about how someone left early and the she was "loosing them money." They were out of stock of drink cups and other ingredients. This was my first time there and I will definitely NEVER go back!

I can't believe there aren't more of these places. The Bobbie is the most amazing sandwich I've ever had. It tastes like home made and it's huge too. I love this place so much it's a shame it's only open bank hours. I may just have to open my own store!!!
