The Royal Osetra caviar was pristine and presented with the elegance you expect from major-market restaurants. The wagyu carpaccio with grilled bread was outstanding—silky, rich, and perfectly balanced by the char on the toast. Even the beet and goat cheese salad felt unexpectedly refined, bright, and beautifully plated. The Roasted Seafood Tower was the star of the evening: lobster, shrimp, scallops, and mussels all cooked perfectly and served piping hot with an addictive chili-garlic butter. For entrées, the A5 wagyu was indulgent and expertly handled, while the Ribeye Au Poivre delivered a deep char and a peppercorn sauce with real finesse. We finished with tiramisu and crème brûlée, both textbook perfect and far better than what most steakhouses offer. Service was polished, pacing was excellent, and the entire experience felt curated and genuinely special. Easily one of the finest meals we've had in Milwaukee—and we're already planning our return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the new Conroy restaurant. The decor is upscale and chic, the lighting is low, and our booth was comfortable. Our waiter was very attentive as were the support staff. Our cocktails were delicious, and we each ordered different entrees. All 3 met or exceeded our expectations....steak, scallops and salmon. The tiramisu for dessert was amazing! It was not an inexpensive meal, but those are hard to come by these days! We'll definitely visit again and rec to our friends to try.

Had a fabulous meal last night. Staff was very attentive to everything. We tried the wagyu carpaccio and it was excellent. 4 different entree selections and we all thought each one was fantastic. Don't forget to leave room for dessert. The white chocolate cheesecake was delicious. Thanks for a fun evening! Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter's birthday. The service was great! The caviar flight was a hit! The Caribbean Chicken and Creamy Curry Rice was excellent!! The Spicy Radiatori was tasty, as well. The place had a great vibe! We definitely will be back!

I'm so happy they still kept popular dinner items from Carbon Steak. The team is still the same as well. I would highly encourage everyone to meet the Executive Chef - he used to work at The Capital Grille. The Marilyn Monroe is a must have cocktail!

The Conroy offers amazing food and service. Kari makes the best drinks and takes great care of you at the bar. Zarije always remembers your name and welcomes you as soon as you walk in. The chef makes fantastic dishes that you can't find anywhere else in the city and makes the best burger in town too. We are never disappointed when we leave.

We came for the Bubbles and Bumps happy hour. We were one of very few tables in the restaurant the entire time we were there. The food and drinks were ordered were great and an excellent value during the happy hour time. We did feel very rushed as the servers kept trying to take our plates and offered numerous times to box up our food even though we were still eating and ordering drinks.
Our experience at Carbon was great! We're small town people from the other side of the state enjoying a night in the city and this was a perfect setting for something we can't get at home. I requested a special table as my wife had not experienced much like this before and we were given a very comfortable booth in the back facing our. We felt special! The food and service was amazing highly recommend checking it out

When we arrived, the bartender made us delicious cocktails. I would recommend the lemoncello martini. Upon sitting down, we ordered a bottle of wine from the wine book. We got our salad (subpar) but still no wine. I asked and she said they were out of it. So I ordered our second choice. When that didn't come I had to ask again and she said she sold the last one the week prior. I finally settled on a third bottle that they offered for $20 off. It was fine. The waygu and filet were absolutely fantastic. As was the butters. The mashed potatoes and mushrooms weren't memorable. We also ordered an Alfredo pasta but they brought it out with regular noodles instead of gluten free (a big bummer - they were well aware of my celiacs disease). After we asked about getting the pasta switched, it took another 20 minutes and we were already mostly done with our meal. Once we got it, we tasted and didn't really like it - no flavor whatsoever. She then brought our bill but we asked for a dessert menu instead. We ordered the flourless chocolate cake and the ice cream and both were great!! Overall, steaks and desserts were phenomenal, all other food was unremarkable. The service from our waitress (jittery and aloof) and the manager was terrible aside from the bartender. The dining room was beautiful but noticeably empty for a Saturday night. The bathroom was clean but basic. When in doubt, go to Carnivore.

The place was lovely but the food that I had was something else. I order the pasta with a filet steak the steak looked nothing like it should have same with the taste it felt like a salisbury steak with a little bit more meat was very disappointing about it and the fact that the price is 50$ and it came out looking like how it did was unbelievable. I would not be back due to that I feel like I didn't even eat what I order but whatever overall everything else's was very nice the lavender lemonade was off the charts loved that.
