I ordered the Pork Chop and it was so tough and dry. My husband ordered the chicken which was mushy. She never came to check on us and they add an anuotmatic 18% tip. BULLSHIT! We gave them one more chance from last time - never again.

We went to Carson's last night (Friday) before catching a show at the Riverside. We had reservations for 4:00, but it didn't start getting busy until 5:00/5:30.I ordered the steak kebab, because I thought the portion would be smaller than the cuts of meat that were $20+ more. Well, I still ended up with a lot leftovers. Portions are generous, and everything tasted great. The coleslaw that comes with the meal was really good; finely chopped and creamy.Our server was kind and attentive.Total bill for 3 with full entrees and 2 drinks each was $315. They do automatically add a 18% gratuity onto the check, but do a good job of making sure you know it.Everything was great! We'll be back.

After seeing famous and award winning my expectations were high. Good size portions especially with the Prime Rib. Roasted veggies and shrimps were tasty. Cesar salad was delicious. The roasted chicken was so so. You can get a tastier rotisserie chicken from the store. Greek potatoes sat in tray of oil. Think you could get a little more creative with the Greek salad, feta chunks might work better then just putting a large piece on top. 1/6 people at the table liked the slaw, too small of a dice and too much liquid for my liking personally. For a table of 6 they packed us in a booth on a Tuesday which wasn’t very comfortable. On the bill they added 18% service charge (waitress said she gets 14% regardless of table size) plus whatever you tip. Wasn’t bad but didn’t wow, just kind ok experience but I was expecting better

It was my first and last time here, definitely overrated. Food was alright and drinks was on point, but service and atmosphere was top tier. Carson's is just not my thing and its horribly overpriced. This was a one and done for me. But go enjoy it by all means.Parking: Use valet if you are going
Really great ambiance, smart casual would match the feel. I had the prime rib sandwich and double baked potato, amazing flavor, generous portions. If you happen to still have room the key lime pie was great. Service was polite, fast and caring. Fantastic experience and memorable meal, I'll be back!

Went there on a Milwaukee Bucks game day without a reservation. Had to wait for about 20 minutes which wasn’t too bad given how busy it was. The service was excellent. Greek style steak with potatoes was very tasty. Definitely highly recommended. Probably call for reservation for better experience.Parking: Parking is a challenge in that area. Plan your parking using spot hero or any others app before going there to prevent surprises. Of course if they have valet available may not be a bad idea.

Take a white friend to pick up deliveries otherwise they will ask for your full name and phone number. I’m sure they’ll say it’s “company policy” but the first time I picked a delivery was with my white friend who walked in said the order name and was given the order without confirming on the phone app. Avoid at all
