Today is Sunday, March 30, 2025 I purchased food yesterday a 10 piece chicken, classic wings Cajun fries, mozzarella sticks.! Now, when I walked in, it was the best atmosphere the owner welcomed me in. He asked me what I was there for. He helped me right away. There was no issues. The food was great. There was literally not one thing wrong. This food was great and amazing. I’m a regular customer. I also buy the chicken cheesesteaks so yes thank you

I’m very disappointed I found a hair on my food. It’s really upsetting for paying for this food and the employees don’t even used hair nets.Also the food was ready before pick up time and my food was cold already.
I like Charleys! The food is good, service is good but could be better, but.............the prices for combos I never seemed to understand! I think that fries and drink should come with the combo meal instead of charging for seperate items.....which makes it not a combo.....youre paying extra for fries and drinks! If someone wants extra then they should pay for extra
Had a late lunch here today. We were promptly greeted as was everyone that walked through the door. I was so pleasently surprised at the kindness, courtesy and overall great attitude of the employees, as it's so hard to find in fast food these days. My cheesesteak was better than the cheesesteak I got in Philly from a well known establishment with 2 locations. Good to know I don't have to deal with the streets of Philadelphia to get a good cheesesteak!
Parking: This is a busy street (27th) and the parking lot is small and shared with at least another business. We found parking, no problem but I could see the lot filling up at busy dine times.

I e been going yo Charlie's since it first opened. There used to be a guy(possibly the owner) that was. super friendly and just an all around nice guy. Lately I've been there and there's a bunch of young kids working and the service royally sucks!! I hate to say this cuz I love the place,but I have to be honest and the service is horrible.
