Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs

This is the 5th time I’ve ordered a sandwich with no cheese and no shake. I have a milk allergy. Every time I’ve gotten my sandwich, it has shake on it. One time it was delivered with shake on it, and when I called they asked if I maybe wanted to come in tomorrow for another sub? I said that I was planning on eating the sub tonight. They said I could come in to pick up another sub, which I did and it was correct. Today, I even looked at the sandwich and there was no cheese and no shake (good job) but it was on a bread that has milk in it which I didn’t realize at first. Every time I’ve called, they have never apologized and have said they would refund but didn’t last time. I will give points for them at least re-making the sandwich. Love the food (when I can actually eat it) but the service is absolutely terrible. Would not go here if you have an allergy!!!!!

New to neighborhood and this place came up as good sandwiches. Hold on. Make that great sandwiches. So many options, and we loved each one we tried. Good bread. Fresh tasty insides. I will be slowly enjoying working my way down the menu.

The foods great, its nice to be able to grab a good sandwich and cocktails. However I have had part of my order, such as side not come out or forgot, always corrected though. Just saying mabey the subs aren't the only thing toasted, but it is cheba hut. Good place great food!

This was our first time ordering and it won't be the last. THEE best bread! Large, flavorful portions at reasonable prices. We ordered the 5-0 and the Chronic. Amazing! We're telling everyone.

We drove over 20 minutes to get there and spent 30$ for 2 sandwich’s along with being charged for extras we didn’t even get .
I ordered a sensi kush( blt) I wanted onions and no tomatoes ! With extra mayo and garlic butter I got NO ONIONS with tomatoes!
My mom ordered a Midwest best no tomatoes no onions extra sauce and she got onions and tomatoes on top and it was dry . We already had the patience waiting and the staff was goofing around then had to take the sandwich back cause I was missing all main toppings just to fix it and still miss my toppings ??! On top of we’re both allergic to tomatoes! Complete waste of my 30$ in this rough economy already , I Called the restaurant they want me to drive another 33 minutes back cause our sandwiches all went to seperate homes ( we don’t live together ) to replace it otherwise they can’t help me or even recall how the sandwich was made ! Yeah I bet not they all looked high and just goofing around . We won’t be back we will stick to the south side location .

The subs are really good. I highly recommend the Kail Mist (Spicy Club) if you dont know what it get, it's amazing. Their Kool-aid is also pretty good.
