pulled in to the drive-thru here and when I picked up the food the woman at the window asked for me to drive forward and then reverse back to the window. no explanation as to why I was being told to make such a weird maneuver but I noticed she stuck her head out to observe my license plate. that was weird as hell. y’all profiling or something?

They really did not greet us. And when we pulled up to the window I told her I wanted card and cash done a separate way she did it the way she wanted too. Then she gave us our food that was not all there then at the last minute I wanted to tell us they didn't have certain items for our order but they substituted it on their own without telling us. I guess you have to speak clearly and loudly to them for them to hear you correctly. And check your food before pulling off.

DONT EAT HERE! Horrible service and terrible attitude from all the employees. Ordered two burgers and fries and waited 20 minutes at the window. Finally the girl came over and said it was still going to be a wait, when we asked how long she said “maybe another 10 minutes” that was not okay with me I have places to be and if I wanted to wait 30 minutes for food I would have went to a sit down place. I said I wanted a refund and got the rudest response from the girl and other guys who came over to the window. They gave No apologies and was told to calm down because I wanted a refund. They kept dangling the bag of food they had finally gotten ready and being saying “oh you want this? Nah imma keep it now.” They couldn’t figure out how to give a refund so we ended up taking the food. The order was all wrong, I should have guessed that would happen. Asked for no tomatoes and they still put them on. No cheese was on either burger and they were grey and cold. Sloppy wrappers and half the fries were gone. Absolutely terrible never going there again and I WOULD STAY AWAY IF I WERE YOU!

I don't Love Checkers as much as another place, but I do love the food there. It's on my top 5 comfort food locations. To be honest, the service can be pretty lousy and the delicious food is very nearly worth the day after stomach problems I get every damn time. Which is why I make a rule to only visit them on rare occasions. Of course, I speak for myself entirely. Also, YES, I do recommend you try their food if you love burgers as much as I do.
