I went to checkers on 76th and capital last night and the service was beyond horrible not only did they not get the order right with that crazy AI machine that takes your order! but the manager was so rude to her employees she was yelling at the employee at the drive thru window!! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, then they overcharged me for my meal because of the AI machine the whole experience was horrible and the manager was the worse part!!

Update: no it's not about speeding your process up you definitely did the speed up through your drive-thru. You made me sit there for over 20 plus customers until you made they order that I was dashing for to be ready by then. But no you continuously helping through your drive-thru and completely showing lack of respect to the dashers that were standing in the lobby waiting. You sure made one heck of a speed up through your drive-thru but as we stood there and wasted our time and getting an extra bonus was basically ripped away because of your lack of inside speed.. so it needs to increase all around..

I ordered a sandwich but didn't have that sandwich and then they offered me a refund and then they and then they offered me a sandwich and they gave me the sandwich. But then they took the sandwich back and then finally gave me the refund for the original sandwich I had ordered. It was really weird

In the drive thru: After we paid and waited for our food, the drive thru cashier told me to drive forward and come back. I thought she meant to park and wait for our order. The other employees in the parking lot told me to come back around. We looped back into the drive thru. After waiting a couple minutes again, the cashier asked me to drive forward and back up. I asked why. She said it's to reset the clock. There were 5 people working I could see in the front of the restaurant. I told the cashier I haven't gotten my food yet. I didn't move my car. Backing into a narrow drive thru lane could cause damage to my car. She was not happy. When our food came we said thank you. She rolled her eyes and wouldn't speak. I'm not conspiring to falsify numbers. They could move faster and not play around. I'm not moving my car twice to fix numbers. I get it, they're teens. But the fact they asked the customers to reset the clock shows this is a long standing system.

I ordered two double checker burgers from their both of them were singles tried to call and complain their voicemail is full nobody answers doordashed food from there was supposed to get two double burgers got two single burgers again and it took 2 hours. Gave them a third try because my son loves checkers same thing. Singles instead of doubles won't answer phone. All 3 times I've gone to that location they can't get order correct. Sad not hard to read orders . I can see one time doing it wrong but not every time I've gone there. Then when you go back with the receipt they won't do anything for you. Call corporate the day of doordash because the doordasher waited there for 2 hours for one order and still haven't heard back from corporate. Also ordered two of the $5 meals they have their ordered burgers and got spicy barbecue chicken sandwiches which nobody could even eat so my dogs enjoyed the 2 meals.

Worse checkers in the city of Milwaukee instead of making food and taking orders they're playing and goofy off it doesn't take 45 minutes to make two burgers like backed up cashier's vaping and smoking and cussing in the lobby area I WOULD NEVER EAT AT THIS GHETTO LOCATION
