Takes forever to take your order at the Drive Thru. Then talks over you and STILL gets your order completely wrong. Horrible attitudes. Fries were old and gave me someone else order. Do not recommend at all.

Order on line stop at store. Get to drive through car blocking lane but employees tell to go window, get to window and sorry we not severing food today. Let them know I ordered on and paid. Sorry can not help you with that Thought I would give a second chance and went back week later this did not order on app. Get to drive up sorry not opening till noon today Hard to buy chicken in Milwaukee

Employee was not only unprofessional over the speaker, but also very slow. Was in drive thru for nearly 20 mins. Multiple cars pulled off.

My Aunt lives in a senior citizen community. My aunt Joyce turned 87 years old today. 2 weeks before her birthday she tested positive for COVID! As of today she has tested negative for COVID! Praise God! However, I attempted to send her one of her favorites, KFC Chicken Tenders. For some reason her name was not listed on the ship to address, so when I called to see if she was surprised and enjoyed her meal, she had never received it! 2 1/2 hours later, I told her to call the front desk to check for any deliveries from KFC. They informed her it had been there for a while, but because my name was listed on the order they did not know whom to deliver it. When I paced the order online, I provided the ship to information with her name and address. She informed me there was no receipt with the order, so she could not see who's name or address was listed as "ship to"! That was a bit disappointing, especially since I have ordered from Grub Hub through Yelp for her in the past. I even listed my cell number if they had any issues entering the community. She is so humble, never really complains. So now I guess I will have to surprise her with her favorite strawberry cheesecake tomorrow. I am not in the greatest of health myself, and try to do what I can for our seniors and young children. One way, I know is that they are all KFC lovers! Hopefully, the next time will be more efficient. Thank you for your interest in my concern

This particular KFC has been going downhill for a long time. Here are some things you can be sure of: 1) They will be out of chicken when you order, 2) They will not have an item because "the ice maker is broken" or "the warmer is broken." Service is in slow motion, inattentive, and distracted. The later night chicken is always cold and rubbery. Been left sitting too long? You really got to pass on this place. I remember it was closed for at least a few days for training not too long ago. It won't be too long before it closes. This place needs major surgery on all fronts. I think it's dangerous to eat here.
