Can't speak to the food, but they are not open until the last flight. I tried to get a table at 7pm and was told that they were closed even though there were plenty of people in the restaurant and there were flights for another 2 hours.

Took 40 minutes to get drinks. Nobody was their. Took 1 and a half hours to get food. Food was cold and wasn't the right order. And our server came over 2 times the whole night.

My server, Luis, was awesome! Super friendly and attentive. The QR code on my table wasn't working but he was quick to take my order. Food arrived fast & the quality was surprisingly good for an airport location (still airport prices, but not too bad). Great place to stop for a moment before a flight.

Absolutely absurd will not serve customers at 6:50 pm...

They’re lying when it says open to 9pm on Monday or even open until last flight. Our flight was delayed an hour and they refused to serve us after 8pm when our flight didn’t even leave until after 9pm.

AVOID!!! 30+ minutes and the burger didn’t arrive. Poor service. You need to order through an app.

Food was ok. When I finished, my dirty plate sat in front of me for 15 minutes. Trying to help clean up, I took the plate to the bar. The bartender was leaning up against the bar and yelled (& I mean YELLED) at me that I couldn't leave my plate on her bar. I stood there & waited quite a while for my waiter to take it & to pay. People walking by commented how rude she was.
No servant-hearts here!

The worst Chili's dish ever and very disappointed at this location with Chicken Santa Fe salad. Rotten avocado/ moldy and grilled chicken was very dry and tough like eating rubber.

This restaurant wants you to order and pay on line. I did this, only to have staff chase me down the airport yelling"I didn't pay". I returned showing them my email receipt with tax and tip included. $29 for a crappy breakfast. There was an additional $4 charge on the register that wasn't on my bill. When I offered to pay this unknown charge with cash staff initially said they couldn't take cash. What a joke. Chili's: get out of the business if this is the best you can do.

We recently were in Milwaukee International Airport Thursday, August 15th waiting to return to home in Phoenix. Easy to get a table; was directed to go grab one. I ended up cleaning off the table. Under staffed. No problem. Our waitress Alberta immediately came to the table with physical menus. Great selection. Alberta was professional, courteous, and personable. She took our order right away. We had the HC ( honey) Crispers quantity four ( lots of options for more). Delicious. We were pleasantly surprised. Service was good. Could be hit or miss. Highly recommend. We were not rushed out either while waiting to depart.

Luis makes this a great place to stop by. He is personal, friendly and appropriately attentive. He is good with kids, and adults. He is the kind of guy you want to wait on you when you travel.
