The worst experience I ever had, 8/03/20 9pm Went to chipotle on Ogden to get dinner for my family, first they did not have anything we wanted from Hard taco shells to white rice, tomatoe sauce (pico) etc. if you’re going to be open til 10 you should have everything the restaurant offers not limited menu or at least let us know that after a certain times there will be a limited menu, Second the young lady making our fool had the worst attitude ever as if we were bothering...read full review

There was also an incident where guac was not available at first, then served hard avocado chunks instead of the usual toppings, which was disappointing. Nevertheless, the quality remains pretty good, and portions are decent. Many customers appreciate the friendly staff and regularly order here, even for catering. The main concern is cleanliness and maintaining a tidy dining area, as messes can sometimes turn guests off. Overall, Chipotle Mexican Grill is recommended for tasty meals and generous portions, with some room for improvement in cleanliness and customer service.
