The order was placed online, but it took 30 minutes due to the confusion. The staff started taking in-person orders again while the order was being prepared. The customer's daughter had to go back in to get the food. Despite this, the food was still delicious. However, it's recommended to avoid going towards closing time as the food may look like it's from the end of the day. Overall, the service experience was not great, but the food was still enjoyable.
