I paid $12 for a rice burrito I ordered half carnitas and half steak for the meats got only about 5 or 6 pieces of steak that weren’t even edible. Taco Bell has better steak
Line person at front could not keep my order for single Burrito Bowl straight despite me standing in front of him telling order.
Soda fountain tanks need replacing and no one seemed to be able to grab the concept when notified.
these are easy wins to preserve customer service and failed.
Don't put people on line w customers if they cannot handle the task.
This was breaking point after several visits and second chances, will not be back.

Another visit involved cleaning during busy hours, with tortillas warmed up in the back, loud music, and rushed service that felt more like a club than a restaurant.
