This location supposedly closes at 11pm, but we got there at 10:30pm and were rudely told the doors are only open from 10:30pm-11pm for people to pick up orders that were placed before 10:30pm. Based on plenty of other reviews, this has been an ongoing issue for years with clearly no resolution in sight. Management must have lost their balls in the alley.

every time I order from here, something is wrong or missing, and after literally every order i have to talk to customer service after ordering from this location. thatās not what I want to do every time I get food. unfortunately this is the closest location to me. the service here sucks so bad too the burritos this location serves are often very small as well. definitely not worth your money, and they keep increasing the prices edit: iāve already talked to customer service at least ten times about my bad experiences Alex. you do nothing about it

Had to go back to get my food corrected. My daughter told them brisket and light tomatoes I went back and the lady said we asked her which one there is no labels on the meat and some people donāt know but they have people that donāt speak English on the line that donāt understand what a person is saying this is why I donāt usually come to this location even though it is near my house

Last time i came here they said they were closed half an hour early so i ordered online and my order was completely wrong. This time they were closed early again and i wasnāt able to place an order at all. the employee was extremely rude. why have hours posted on the door and online if you donāt adhere to them?

Workers donāt speak English which makes it very challenging to understand.
They said my gift card didnāt work last time and was not able to use it. I went to a different chipotle a time after and worked just fine.
Beef barbacoa had grisle, fat in it, couldn't eat it. Missing guacamole from my takeout order. Called 3 times, no answer. Chatted on their website, chat ended no satisfaction. 2nd chat, I asked for a refund, seemed like an automated chat bot, Chipotle offered BOGO for my next visit. So I Drove back to the store for my refund, it was given with no apology. A simple "I'm sorry for your experience" goes a long way.
