Ordered food online. Next day charge to bank came up a cryptic mess, even bank could not tell me who it was from and said was for clothing. No where does is say Chipotle. Had to cancel my card. So I am permanently done with Chipotle I am going to give my money to Qdoba instead.

If they screw up your order, you cannot call and have them address your concerns. Calling gets you trapped in a chatbot menu that insists it’s faster to get your problems addressed through their website. In reality, the fastest thing to do is go back in person and have them fix the problem. This abject failure of customer service is enough to keep me from ever coming back again.

A bug was literally crawling in my food. Worst place ever worst thing ever experience during lunch at work. I ordered it due to me being at work and not being able to go out on time and get it. very bad experience I regretted trust me. I have ate at this place before it was way better years ago.

Environment was good & the food too, but once I got to the guacamole (While ordering) it was so brown, I thought it was maybe the glass making it look brown, so I asked for guac & when it was time to pay, I saw that it was actually brown. Like, I thought they made it fresh, smh. Lettuce too, not fresh at all, so gross

They were really rude and disrespectful I had points for the whole entree and they didn’t redeem it, I showed them it got redeemed but won’t honor it. So now my points are gone the full points for an entree and I had to pay full price for my food. The girl was rude and after I sat inside trying to figure out where my points went, she was laughing at me. I never got treated like that before at this location. I am never coming back here again. Custumer service is very poor.

Drove 16 minutes to get there by 10:45 (15 minutes before close) and they had already shut it down. I'm a trucker and I was depending on them to adhere to the hours they have posted.

The worst chipotle ever. I asked for fresh salsa, they put the red spicy salsa on and it was inedible. The proportions were off so instead of a burrito bowl it was just a sloppy mess. I asked for queso on the side, didn’t get it. My family got burritos which were also terrible. We spent $50 on our entire order and it was so disappointing all around.
