Very disappointed waited three hours for some food that I didn’t receive didn’t contact me back with any communication told me that was gonna reimburse me. Never got the reimbursement. I will never recommend.

A couple months ago I ordered delivery and there was a small black worm moving around in the bottom of my sweet and sour chicken. I called in to speak with the manager and was told I’d receive a call back and never did, so I think fair to leave a review. I used to order here faithfully especially under the old management.

If you're looking for good authentic chinese take out, you WON'T FIND IT HERE!!! Try some of the other Asian restaurants in the area that are still putting vegetables in their rice as a common courtesy to the flavor of the dish! When I complained of the absence of the vegetables, I was met with complete disconcernment and was told that was their practices and nothing would be done about it even if I begged to have vegetables added. Total language barrier issues and rudeness in the customer service. I mean Im a paying customer and cannot get what I want. Chopstix I'll see you in the next life and Im still going to then try and stop as many family friends and associates from experiencing your type of cuisine and customer service✌🏾....... DO BETTER or MOVE OVER for a business that will!!! I only wish that I could've rated your business with NO STARS🚫⭐️at all(I included a picture of your BLAND rice so others can understand what they're getting, no onions, no sprouts, no nothing just meat and rice that can be made at home👎🏾👎🏾)

They made made it with white meat and it was still not good. Chicken tastes overcooked and the breading on the chicken was horrible. Suggestion , please change your batter ASAP.

Always very disappointing. I had one bad experience and wanted to try it again. Disappointed that our crab Rangoon had a dime worth of cream cheese in it the rest was dough. The beef lo mein tasted like fish and reeked of burnt plastic. Fried rice was bland.

I'm going to be nothing but real so listen closely, I order here almost daily and have never received the poor service I just have today, im very disappointed at the quality of food and service I received i understand people have bad days but treat everybody the same no matter what ethic group they are. Some people have gotten besides themselves had forgotten where they came from. (but im not here to speak politics lol),Yes I stop talking about the food and want to correct you on the level of respect you should have for all people. Stay humble and make good food and happily satisfy your paying customers, because without us you wouldn't be standing. Thank you....Free game and food for thought.

Authentic home made and delicious! Always hot and fresh and very fair prices and portions.
I ordered the #21 Chicken with Mixed vegetables and it was terrible. The chicken is dry, tough and overcooked. It tastes like it may have been precooked, then reheated. It definitely was not fresh. The egg drop soup was ok. The eggs were a blueish color indicating that they were over cooked too. Very disappointing and I would not order from here again.
