Chubby’s Cheesesteaks East Side

My Philly had no taste. It was very lackluster and disappointing. The bread wasn't even toasted so it was soggy by the time I got home. The fries were good. And the restaurant was decently clean.

Piggybacking off of another review: I also witnessed the manager deny restroom access to a black patron not 15 minutes after allowing a white guy to use the restroom. Shameful behavior on their part.

Also they got my order wrong, and most of us afterwards felt nauseous after eating our food.

Dude got 3/5 orders wrong and was pretty racist. We sat down theres a bathroom but it says employee only. One person in our group asked to use the bathroom, the worker gave him the key(we're white). Then two black guys came in, they ordered. Then one asked them to also use the bathroom and the guy behind the counter said no.

got 3 out of 5 of our party’s orders wrong and let my white friend use the bathroom but then didn’t let a black guy use the bathroom. talked to the guy about it and he said “it’s because of the time” i asked what the cut off time is and he said “it’s up to my discretion” bullshit. never going here again.

They really selling them loaded tots for 15 whole dollas with smaller portions do better with them portions for the chicken to 😒 come on now it's offensive....... and I really liked y'all

please change your hours if you aren’t actually open at 10. i got there a little after and was told to come back at 10:30, then at 10:30 i was told i couldn’t order what i wanted for another 10/15 mins. visiting from out of state and couldn’t wait any longer.

I love that chubby's offers quick and easy meals even in the late night. As someone who works at the bars, my shifts always end super late and I'm starving.

I love to pick up a delicious meal to end the night! Their food is all really good, but im a sucker for the bacon cheeseburger or the cheese curds 😋
