I’ll never go here again the staff is rude in unprofessional as hell I went here on the 28th of last month for my baby bday in still waiting on my refund from the food I never got after they told me it a be on my card between 1 in 3 days come to find out after calling my bank today they never even issued the refund at all so I’m gone need my refund or the food we never got at this point

We sat by the exit n back door was open ,,felt insecure with kids running around ,afraid a little one would walk out the open door,,,waited for a long time for food because the round things were not working,to alert u when your food ready for pick up

Brought our grandson, and he had a good time. I'd say a bit chaotic as to be expected, can't believe how many parents don't watch their kids, I could never do this job.I give the employees an A+ for patience. We had pizza, and it was nothing special. Be prepared this place is very expensive, definitely a once a year deal if that.

this was our first time having a birthday party for our daughter since covid- to start, i love that they called to confirm everything and gave us a heads up about the several parties that would be happening that day.
our party host, i think she is one of the party managers (sam/samantha? i'm not sure, she had a really cool holiday patrick sweater and awesome nails) made everything so seemless- she was very accommodating with one of our party guests being scared of chuck e., everything was so organised, and she herself was so polite and attentive.
the last thing that i personally enjoyed, was the time we decided to have the party (10am-12pm). i feel like the experience gets lost when there are SOO many parties crammed in one time slot.
we had the whole chuck e. cheese to ourselves along with a few other kids outside our party. we were able to see our kids from our spot, so it gave them the freedom to play and hang out with their friends, and ultimately, have the adults have the opportunity to chill and chat without worrying.
overall, great experience! 10/10 would recommend.
please consider giving our party host a raise or at least a fat bonus, she killed it. and i loved our experience today and i hope others can experience the same!

We've only been to four different Chuck's but this one is bar far the best. Very clean, everyone is friendly, and tons of games. Son is happy.

Staff here have always been great to us. We used to visit every Saturday! Haven't been in a while but now see they finally pulled the plug on the animatronics. Sad but understand the directive from corporate. Hopefully the band went to a good place!!
