My son had a great time here. Staff was helpful and friendly. My only issue was the price for the chicken... $20 for 7 small pieces of party wings and the lettuce on the salad bar was so wet.

The caucasian manager there is rude and disrespectful. I emailed the same night about what happened. I was speaking with someone they were pose to send out passes a tickets for the inconvenience, I never received it nor was I even satisfied with the solution that was taken. I have been calling and leaving messages I haven’t received anything back, It has been months and no response from anyone this is unacceptable and unprofessional.

First off they are out of their minds for the prices of things. Most of that stuff look like it comes out of Dollar Tree and they want a 1000 tickets for a dumb coloring book. Are you serious? The Pizza was not good at all. It was full of sauce and it was prepared poorly.I spent 75 bucks.And I wish I could get my money back.Give me a refund, do something.Give me some type of credit because that was terrible

Staff was friendly and polite. Games were all working. Everything was clean, including the bathroom. It was busy but not crowded. The quality of the pizza took a dive from my memories, years ago. $50+ for 2 pizzas and 4 kid soft drinks was a bit ridiculous. But overall, fun time with the kids.
We had a great time and the workers did there best to deal with everyone...

I've been going to Chuck E Cheese's, sense 1983. I was born and raised in Milwaukee Wisconsin. It's my childhood playground. I'm so happy to hear that you guys are bringing back Cheese E Street, from the 1980s. I have to admit, I haven't been going to Chuck E Cheese's that often, in my adulthood. I will be going there, when I have more money.

This was the cleanest Chuck e cheese I have ever been in in 30 years! The trampoline area was only a couple of weeks used and it was beautiful! We were there early in the day and very few customers were enjoying themselves. The staff member at the trampoline was very attentive and kept the area clean. There were a couple of diaper children using the slide and she was required to clean the slide twice while the children enjoyed themselves. Although the boneless chicken wings appeared to be chicken nuggets the sweet sauce was great. The fountain drinks were mixed properly and really refreshing. Our child enjoyed herself and we enjoyed watching her joy!
