I live in Appleton and wanted to try another bakery that offered gluten-free options.
What I got was 3 gluten-free cupcakes, and one vegan cupcake. What I ended up receiving was…
-Frosting: Dry, crumbly, and stale/expired tasting. The frosting was so hard that the almost the entire thing fell off of each cupcake. We took a bite of each one.
-Cake: Extremely dry, dense, and hard to swallow. I finished an entire water bottle after taking a bite and I still had some stuck in my throat.
I am a regular when it comes to knowing what gluten-free/vegan desserts should taste like. This is not it. I would recommend that there is better quality control in this bakery. The cupcakes were pulled out of white tubs that I do not believe were refrigerated.
I’d be willing to give this place a try in the future if they take care of this issue.

Erica really helped bring my vision to life for my wedding. We decided to do two individual cakes on each table. One of them was the 6” Vegan Pistachio cake from Classy Girl Cupcakes. First of all, it was so delicious. Everyone was obsessed with it. Second, the piping and color were perfect. I asked for a light green color and vintage piping to go with our vintage style wedding. Each cake had slightly different piping so they were not all the same. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about them and taking pictures with the cakes. Thank you for helping make our wedding dessert so special. Highly Recommend!

Ordered a last minute birthday cake online for my husband’s 30th birthday. It looked great but also tasted SO GOOD!! Everyone loved it.
We didn’t eat it all and stored it in the fridge for a few days following and it still tasted good, didn’t dry out or get stale.
Pick up was easy as there is parking by right in front of the store. Will definitely order from them again!!

Paying around 140$ for a dry, over mixed cake is ridiculous. As soon as it was cut I could tell it was over mixed. Beyond embarrassed for bringing such a pretty cake for no one to like it, finish eating their piece or even want to take some home.

10/10 experience! They were able to make our cake in two days so we could celebrate a birthday on time. The staff was incredibly nice and understanding. The vegan almond cake was SO moist and delicious, we loved it!

Classy Girl has the best vegan cupcakes. We pick them up often and when we needed a cake for our wedding - we didn't consider anyone else. The cake tasted great but we were very impressed with how it looked - it far exceeded our expectations. We gave them a few photos and asked them to take parts from each and they nailed it!

The cake for my son’s baptism was perfect, and we received so many compliments! Many guests asked where we got it, and we definitely let the guests know where it came from. One person said it was the best cake he’s ever had. The almond flavoring was a hit. We also had a chocolate and raspberry filling. It was a 10” bottom and 8” top. Classy Girl also did this same cake for our wedding 4.5 years ago (different decor of course). I don’t go anywhere else for special cakes anymore! They’re the best! I also love that they don’t do fondant. You can eat the whole thing.

Classy Girl Cupcakes catered my wedding day cake and dessert. Our wedding was beyond amazing and we got SO many compliments on the cupcakes and so many people asked us where we got our dessert from. Staff and owner Erica were awesome to work with and we truly appreciate the attention to detail and the friendliness from everyone. So many flavors to pick from! We even had a box of Gluten free cupcakes that tasted just as amazing!

I ordered custom cupcakes for my daughters birthday and they had the wrong date on the order. I came from out of town expecting these cakes. Instead they offered me standard cakes and they are horrible. They did provide a refund (hopefully) it hasn’t processed yet. But the girls working don’t know how to process a refund or provide resolution.

Cannot recommend this place enough! We submitted a request for a James Bond themed birthday cake and it was absolutely beautiful. Communication was great in the planning stage, the timing was great for pickup, and the cake was absolutely delicious. Best gluten free bakery in the city, none of the guests ever would have suspected the cake to be gluten free, and it was an absolute hit!
