Stopped for a drink and an appetizer before Summerfest. Bartender was fast and friendly. Went back later that day for another drink, but one bartender was very rude and clearly only wanted to deal with the regulars. Thought we found a new favorite place in Milwaukee, but probably won’t go back.

Stopped by for lunch yesterday. Bartender was awesome; attentive and friendly. Food was great, and the other customers were just as friendly as the bartender. We will go here again. We had an order of cheese curds and a spicy burger. Awesome place!

As a long-time customer, I love Charlies! The owner and manager are amazing. Good vibes, delicious food, and they show all the games on the TVs and projectors. My parents love to stop there when they are in MKE from Waukesha for an event. They also decorate so well for Halloween and Christmas! The best.

Worst place I have ever been to in downtown Milwaukee. Our server comes to take our order and tell us she was arrested the night before for drunk driving & and that she’s still drunk. I happen to work for the court system and asked when was her court appearance. She did not provide good service as she was too busy eating and drinking at the bar.
