I had some time to kill before an appointment and decided to stop into Coach’s for the first time.. and I’m so glad I did. I was honestly blown away by the hospitality.
As soon as I walked up to the window, I was warmly greeted and asked if it was my first time there. I was offered a sample (which alone is a win), and she even asked about allergies, food sensitivities, and whether I minded my food touching..which made me laugh because my sister is that person. That level of attention really stood out.
I sampled the mac and cheese, greens, and yams, and while I was eating, she took the time to walk me through menu options and current specials without rushing me at all. Once I placed my order, the great service kept going, she asked if I wanted ice in my drink, checked how much sauce I wanted on my rib tips, offered condiments, hot sauce, and made sure I had everything I needed.
I usually don’t tip on takeout orders, but I absolutely did this time because the hospitality and customer service were that good. The food was delicious, but the experience is what really sold it for me.
It’s hard to find genuinely good customer service these days, and people are quick to leave complaints but slow to give praise. So this is my shout-out. I enjoyed the food, the hospitality, and the overall experience, and I can definitely see myself coming back.

Located within a smaller food hall in N. 9th St, this restaurant has been there since the food halls inception. The wings, the catfish, the fried pork chops and the cheeseburger are all very tasty. The sides, too, are very good. The fries I had were crunchy with that slight greazy taste to them which is my favorite. The African margaritas is also recommended. The young lady serving us was very smikey and friendly and brought our food out to our table.

The catfish and greens, with cornbread? Sir! This is the best catfish I've had since I lived in Mississippi. Mans asked me if I wanted my catfish fried hard but I said no thank you on account of I don't have teeth 😆. The greens and their hot sauce. Heaven

Had the most pleasant ordering experience on my lunch break today. I was unsure of what to eat in the court and the cashier working the stand offered me a free sample and I was hooked. Amazing chicken tenders, Mac and cheese, and the barbecue sauce is delicious. 10/10 customer service.

First time in today !! I am amazed a man cooking like that form St.Louis . Don’t get much of this in Wisconsin !! 5 stars if there were 10 I’d give them 10 stars !!! I took photos so you all can see how fresh and crispy my chicken is.

First off they ask if I wanted a sample of chicken tenders and that was good. Then I seen the catfish fillet and I ordered the 4pc with an extra side. The greens were cooked to perfection and the black eye peas over rice tasted like grams made it. I encourage everyone to check this place definitely won’t be disappointed. They also have jolly good sodas
