Einstein Bros. Bagels staff were friendly professional and readily to take my order. My 2 toasted garlic bagels with chive/veggie spread were delicious. It took less than a 10 minute wait. Bagels were a nice filler for breakfast. This location has always been my favorite. It was a positive experience. Keep smiling. Keep up your great service. Thank you for wearing gloves. 🙂

Poor customer service picked up order and asked if my tub of cream was in the bag the lady said yes get home and no tub of cream so I had to go back and pick up and she was rude after they forgot to add it in my order never going back to this store the on on S 27th st is way better👍🏼

Since I’ve decided to no longer spend my money at Starbucks I’ve been trying other companies that may potentially serve/sale coffee & seeing that this place is 3 buildings down from Starbucks I decided to do an online order to see how it would be or if the wait would be long & it was an amazing experience. My air bnb was located 4 min from here which made it very convenient but the customer service was amazing as well. I was able to make my own coffee at the coffee station where there is sugar/creme etc. THEY ALSO HAVE A VERY RELAXING AREA FOR YOU TO DO WORK, plug you laptop in and relax. A hidden gem 💎 for sure. I now have a new place to get my coffee with awesome customer service & a short wait even with them having a line 🥰 And might I add that there bagels look delicious in which they make them in front of you. Please Try this place out!!!

Every time I order through uber eats I have the add on with my bagel which is usually the twice baked hash brown which never comes with the order, I also always add the strawberry cream strudel ends up coming as an apple strudel. The bagel is always amazing just wish they can get my whole order right

Management Probably should tell the gay male employee. He should not have the trash can Open buy food.Where they're making food. And he was not cleaning off the counter. And when he asked somebody a question.Don't try and correct Customers and he can't even Pronounce the name in proper english. This is a great location usually, but the Sunday staff to.Day seem like too many kids were scheduled together. They need to be more professional and he needs to do his job.
