Went to Humboldt Location and asked for Baked Oatmeal with Almond Milk but instead I got a regular Oatmeal full of milk. The cashier should have adviced that they are no longer serving baked oatmeal. I wasted my money.

Good atmosphere,polite employees, just all around wonderful place that has an eazy, but vibing energy to it.😃☺️😜👏👍💯

I have been coming here for over 26 years. Great place to have a cup of coffee and visit. I really enjoy this place
I don't like the politics and them shoving it in my face. I served in the military so that you could have a view different than my'n without me trying to be rude , shut you down, treat you distructively ... ect.
I come to have a cup of coffee, and purchase your products. Put the offensive stuff in the back where you employees see it. This is not a left or right thing ! I don't want to see your political agenda. I am a customer not your political support team. You are a business. I will still buy your coffee which is a great product. I don't want to think you are pushing something on me that I don't agree with. If that bothers you, I can support other coffee shops. Sorry.

I come here often, I love the atmosphere and how large it is. Close to the lake and a good location overall but it was lack of service today. They had my coffee just sitting there and no one called my name, workers looking at me weird and didn’t even give me eye contact. I do see a different treatment for black customers, lol we love coffee too. Overall this place is nice but I won’t be coming to this location anymore. I actually hate leaving bad reviews but I had to.

I prefer this location to the nearby lake front location because of the open atmosphere, high ceilings and cool ambience. Overall my second favorite in terms of food and drink quality.

I used to really enjoy this colectivo, but this place has done downhill steadily over the years. Today I ordered a chorizo burrito and they gave me a salsa cup with an ant-sized serving size, significantly smaller than it used to be. I also ordered a latte and got a latte with a laughable amount of foam. I thought that maybe they accidentally made an americano, but nope, the label on it says latte.

This location increases prices, while providing sub-par drinks, reduced serving sizes, and poor service. There are much better cafes you can spend your money at.

I didn't have any food so they got 1 star. I Haven't been in their shop since they had a stage, it was roomier than before, coffee was the same" good" , that's it Thanks to you, Colectivo Staff and owners. @

I have been coming to alterra for years. New management ruined this business. Lowered quality on food and has not improved a single system while raising prices. I only keep ordering from here by to drive awareness.

Very rude lady with glasses and tattoos, there’s many locations for this company in milwaukee and I would recommend taking the extra 3 minutes to drive to a different one then to go to this one.

The cockroaches I saw on my table kind of overshadowed the fact that their coffee is decent. I've been here a handful of times, and the first time I saw a roach, I figured it's just a fluke, but I stopped going there after seeing them a second time. I wonder what the back looks like that would cause such a problem. As for their coffee, I haven't tried their cold brew, but their regular brew is decent, but only when it's freshly brewed. A few times, it tasted like it's been sitting for a few hours.
