Always poor customer service. Today was not busy with one person in front of me. I ordered a black ice tea. Five employees stood around talking about hormones while I waited 25 minutes.

I want to start by saying that I really like Colectivo Coffee and have been a loyal customer for quite some time. Unfortunately, today may have been my last visit to this particular location. The barista at the front (my cup says “Joe,” though I’m not sure if that’s her name) made me feel discriminated against. She did not greet me, rushed through my order, and gave me side glances that felt dismissive. I also noticed that she greeted other customers, but not me. I value good service and professionalism, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously so all customers feel welcome.

Went at 12:30 on a Monday afternoon for lunch and entire menu (seriously!) was sold out. All smoothies and 85% of the sandwiches.

I’ve been a long time colectivo fan and customer, but lately (August 2025) things seem to have really gone downhill. The last few times I stopped in for a coffee, it was extremely bitter and not even drinkable. The chai latte was so bland, and colectivo has always had amazing and spicy chai. Today I did a mobile order and it took more than 20 minutes for a cold brew. The employees were mostly in back, just chatting. I will be choosing other coffee shops in the future.

In changing over to your new app I lost 200 points from my account. Despite me filling out forms online and m person it appears hat my points are simply lost — I spent a lot of $ accruing those points. Further, in switching over you wiped out my reordering, my reloading and most other things. Last but not least, I think the online ordering is definitely less efficient and more frustrating. There are multiple Stone Creek Coffee houses nearby that make a very good beverage and this experience has prompted me to use them instead. This was a major cluster-

To their credit, about 10 days later I was contacted by someone up the food chain in Colectivo who had reviewed my complaints, who was polite, courteous and genuinely wanted to make everything right. He reinstated my points plus gave me some extra points to cover another drink. I have spent a LOT of $ at Colectivo over the years and I am glad that they ultimately managed the situation correctly. It remains my favorite, go to coffeehouse in Milwaukee and Madison
